Like all Bath & Body, it can be overwhelming due to the large variety of items in every possible scent the fully stocked displays with little room in between. Honestly, the combined scent inside is so strong that I can't last more than 5 minutes, but I needed to pick up some soaps and lotions for a hostess gift. Made a fast purchase and was in my way. Went in this afternoon looking for specific candles and the associate at the entrance was super nice and helpful, she showed me where each candle was and an other employee was also super nice and helpful he even double checked and ended up finding a candle that they thought was sold out and finding me in the store, and other employee gave me recommendation for other candles before they found the last candle, the cashier was also super polite when I got to the front. read more

I prefer this location over the other one in the area. I like the staff and their variety seems slightly better. The store is a bit tight but I this that's the standard. It's easy to get overwhelmed but the staff is pretty knowledgeable and they make some pretty good recommendations. read more

Really enjoyed this location. It's easy to get confused or overwhelmed at first with all the variety scents and smells, but after going around in circles trying to pinpoint what type of scent I'm looking for, was finally able to narrow it down. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean with plenty of soap and disinfecting wipes. I am so disappointed. Made a special trip granted it was ten minutes before closing, but I knew exactly what I wanted, I was greeted at the door to say they were closed. They said their computer system was updating. I asked they would honor the sale that I came in for and they said it would be even better tomorrow. But it's not.! Ive been in this location several times now... located in Gresham Station. It's on the corner if a couple of roads which I like because I feel you can find parking easier don't know why. The store is like other B&BW stores. Smells good, well stocked and good service. Right when you walk in you're generally greeted with a pleasant welcome and offered assistance. This location is not huge, but big enough. No restrooms inside so you need to go to Ulta or Old Navy (single stall) next door. At Christmas I always come in for sales and gifts. Today I had to take a few things back and exchange a few others. The first lady I talked to was helpful but I felt strange asking her to do this in the end. She wasn't overly enthusiastic just told me what to get to exchange. However, on the floor I interacted with a Katherine who was fabulous and definitely understands customer service. She was extremely helpful, found options for me and tried to make sure all of my questions were answered. Great experience. Love that they stand behind their products so well.... read more

Looking for a gift I ended up at Bath & Body Works and found the store that is everything I know nothing about! Thank God for friendly clerks to help you find what you need. I would have never found this Sugar Scrub. After walking me to the other side of the store and a brief description said clerk tried to leave. I'm completely spoiled with these fragrances, I can't get enough of their foaming soaps, body butters, lotions... granted, it's incredibly expensive; however, catch them on a sale and don't expect to spend less than 50. I like this shop but it's very small, expect to go balls to the wall sometimes when someone wants to get through. You can smell all the fragrances and try a lot of them- and that's VERY important. Staff has always been pleasant, sometimes the idle chit chat can turn out quite interesting. I don't spoil myself very often, but when I do, I blow half my paycheck here. I've never found myself having to review a business before but the customer service I received today was terrible. I came back home today after purchasing the 6 for $23 wall plug-ins and I just had to review my experience. When I walked in, no one bothered to greet me, which I'm ok with, but I was having difficulty choosing the right scents and trying to understand how the wall plug-in fragrances work, and I looked around to see if there was any employee that could help me and at least 3 of them made eye contact with me and saw that I looked a little lost and neither of them bothered to offer me help. I was waiting on an employee who looked like she knew her fragrances very well but because she was busy I did not want to bother her. After several minutes, I noticed she wasn't busy any more so I decided to approach her and as she turned around and noticed me, she looked at me and decided to help the client next to me. After this I decided to give up and look on my own. I noticed that every single person in there was being greeted and asked if they needed help, but it looks like I was the only one that didn't get that kind of help. Working in retail, I was trained that no matter what, clients are always a priority even if you give them a simple hello and a smile. This definitely makes a client feel welcomed. I didn't feel welcomed whatsoever. My experience was pretty bad that I felt the need to come on here and review this place. I've gone to other Bath and Body Works and I received amazing customer service, but it seems like this particular place needs to work on their customer service a little better. It's a bummer because I live super close and won't find myself going back here. I rather drive all the way to Clackamas to a Bath and Body Works that doesn't discriminate. read more
