We got the $25 special and it comes with 2 plants, a vase, dirt and rocks and $5 worth of little items to decorate your terrarium. I went a little overboard and wanted to get some extra items to decorate so I paid a little extra but it was so worth it. The ladies working were so nice and helpful , they walked us through the process effortlessly. I loved to see my terrarium come to life and my mom also enjoyed how hers turned out. I will be coming back since I love the little Knick knacks and small items they have seasonally for example I one time bought a succulent giraffe type pot and haven't seen it again so I'm glad I got it when I first saw it.

She made everything so easy to understand and gave us a ton of tips to help keep our plants alive and happy. Roots is super beginner-friendly too, which was perfect since we're just starting our plant journey. We left with the cutest terrariums and way more confidence about taking care of plants. Talking with her, you can feel the heart behind the place. It's a small family business she and her husband have run for a couple of years, with their son(s) helping out in the shop. The kids had a blast browsing all the trinkets and picked out a few toys, the 3D-printed dinosaurs/snakes were a hit. I grabbed some shea butter ($10) and was honestly amazed by the soaps, candles, and all the eclectic finds throughout the store. Super cute shop. Definitely worth checking out.
