I like that they have seasonal decor at the front, you can get some good deals on cute items that are similar or even identical to those at more expensive big box stores. I came to use my rewards and I had a cart full of stuff. The discount is 15% off one order during your birthday month. I am paying and no discount shows up. An employee walked up and said she did not know anything about it and does not know why it is not working. I show her the discount on my account and she said,"I am neglecting to see the issue here". WHAT... (even some other customers who were paying were shaking their heads) I asked for a manager and you guessed it -she was a manager. So at that point I just paid and left. Not sure if I am shopping at this location again.

I had been going here for a couple of years since it open the guy that used to run it was awesome…read moreand his employees were awesome too but when it changed owners, the people that took over were nice but then I went a couple of times like around 445 and the employees working would see me coming and lock the door and say they were close but it wasn't five yet and then I stopped going there for that same reason and it happened just a couple weeks ago I went back and they did the same thing again and it was not 5 o'clock. They don't have their business hours posted nowhere or that I was able to see and matter fact, I went today because I needed some product and the Girl did it again so their customer service sucks. I wish the old owner wouldn't have sold it but everybody goes to trial we don't know why he sold it, but I don't recommend this place at all. They need to close exactly at five or not a few minutes before 5 o'clock or just put a sign you close at 4:45 or 430 instead of 5 o'clock instead of what you're actual Google says because it says 5 o'clock is closing time not 445 or 430 so I wouldn't recommend this place. I wanted to give it a try, but they burn me out never again.
