**Since Sicola would do nothing. I went through 1-800-Flowers. They were great. She got a new peace Lilly on April 23, 2026 with 11 flowers on it. She got it from Floral Concepts Luxury Florist. This will be the 2cnd one she gets. Sicolas said peace Lilly's re perishable. NOT TRUE. Her floral Concepts peace Liily's are thriving!!!!! Dont order from Sicola's. Thank you 1-800 flowers and Floral Concepts for helping her through her brothers loss **Sicola' s Florist north of Houston in Cypress My dear friend post got taken down cause she was not sure of location. She called me this afternoon to let me know. I know she prefers a plants over flowers cuz they last. she was devastated when her brother passed. I sent her a large Peace Lilly. She sent me a picture of plant when it arrived. She was so happy. Then she let me know the leaves were turning yellow. As you can see from photo there is hardly anything left and leaves are still turning yellow . She mentioned to me how heavy it was. We researched today and know that FUNGUS GNATS can cause this.. She mentioned she saw them in dirt and leaf. Whatever the reason MY GIFT TO HER SHOULD NOT BE DEAD. She showed me the picture of the other peace Lilly she got from Florist Concepts. It is thriving. 2 peace lilly received same week. Sicolas is basically dead. She shows everyone the pictures. Now she has had two things die. She is a huge Gardner. Terrible of Sicola to not get with Vendor. She is so upset. She carried the green card and tells everyone.. she put them in her phone with the pictures. She lives close the Florist I can't get over the picture with the rot in it. BT She called==NO RESOLUTION Sicolas should own up to the plant they sent her....was never going to survive no matter what she did. read more

I have spent many times ordering through 800 flowers, and they outsource their arrangements to various florists. This florist consistently makes their own substitutions, and they are also a cheaper version or look completely different; therefore keeping the money and delivering a lesser quality. I ordered the Aspen Joy - Large which should have had an arrangement of white spray roses, snapdragons, and mum disbuds, green hypericums, and Queen Anne's lace, accented with magnolia leaves and curly willow tips, plumosa, and assorted winter greenery What I got was a tree shape of baby's brath, green filler, pine cones and hypericum berries with a few small christmas balls. This florist consistently does this and I have not said a thing.....I am fed up with 800 flowers using them . read more

This place overcharges, does not listen to customer requests, and lacks basic professionalism. Houston has many better florists. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I came to this florist because I needed a bouquet for my graduation, and I was very clear from the beginning about what I wanted. I specifically asked for a bouquet that was mainly red roses. The associate asked if I wanted other flowers mixed in, and I said that was fine as long as the focus remained on red roses. I even called afterward to confirm that the bouquet would be rose-focused. Despite all of this, I was charged $162 for a bouquet that was mostly cheap white filler flowers and excessive wrapping paper, with very few, small roses They also require you to pay in advance and do not provide photos When I returned to the store, a kind young woman helped me initially and repeatedly apologized, clearly understanding that the bouquet was not worth $162. She acknowledged my concerns and said she needed to speak with her manager. Unfortunately, once the manager came out, the situation became worse. She did not even greet me, was immediately rude and confrontational, and began raising her voice, telling me I should have been charged even more and kept repeating that she had done the math and I should have been charged more than 192$. There was no attempt to listen, resolve the issue, or treat me with BASIC RESPECT I ended up telling her to keep the flowers and left. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially after being overcharged and ignored as a customer. read more

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the absolutely stunning flower arrangements I recently received from your shop. My two boys sent them to me for Mothers Day . They have done that in the last few years form your store . I also received on my 60th Birthday an amazing Flower arrangement .The level of artistry and attention to detail that went into each arrangement is truly remarkable. The choice of flowers and their vibrant colors created a mesmerizing display that instantly brightened up the room. I was particularly captivated by the delicate balance of different blooms and the way they complemented one another flawlessly. Not only are the arrangements visually breathtaking, but the flowers themselves have also exceeded my expectations in terms of freshness and longevity. Thank Nicoletta T read more

Once again Sicola's (Barker Cypress/290 location) knocked it out of the park! I have purchased numerous arrangements and decor from them. This time I had them design two artificial arrangements for an everyday look in my home, but can add or take away pieces to change the seasonal look. The designer was very easy to work with and had great ideas! The service was spot on and both arrangements were ready for pickup by the next day! read more

UPDATE: They replaced my bouquet and the 2nd delivery was VERY nice! I appreciate a business that rectifies their mistakes. Thank you. First Review: Just received this b-day bouquet and gotta say, I'm disappointed. Seems like it was built 2 days ago, put in fridge then sold to my hubby today. Some are droopy and even brown around edges. Is it just me? Would you be disappointed too? read more

Ordered a bouquet of flowers off 1-800-flowers as a gift to bring to a birthday dinner. Unfortunately, this floral shop did the order. I literally received 1 stem. I paid $54.11 (including tax) for this. It is so small and unlike the advertised picture that I'm too embarrassed to gift it. I called 1-800-flowers and they were only able to give me a 50% refund which still isn't enough. Because this 1 stem doesn't even makeup half of what is pictured; more like one-fifth. I mean this little basket w a stem & bow is cute, but definitely not worth $54.11 or even half that. The glitter on the leaves must be gold. Put some sincerity in your work. People usually order flowers for others for special occasions/events that happen within 24-48 hrs. I absolutely cannot gift this for tomorrow's birthday dinner & am forced to buy another. read more

First of they are over priced, which I didn't mind at first as long as the end product looks nice. Came to pick 2 bouquets I ordered and paid for $130, I was disappointed because she literally just stack different flowers on top of each other instead of spreading them around. You can get better presentation from HEB, kroger honestly. I wanted to try out this place because want it to be different and special for the occasion. But it was a fail. Had to take everything apart and redo it myself. read more

Received a Mothers' Day floral arrangement from one of my sons. Most beautiful arrangemen I've seen yet.

Disappointing experience. I'm not sure if this florist cares about new business at all. I guess I should have taken that into consideration when I read the yelp reviews. My father passed recently and I received two arrangements from them. They were very nice and included a coupon. When I learned that a friend of mine's father passed I thought I would call them to give them the business. I called and was left on hold for 5 minutes because the woman had "to get to the register". When she got on the phone I had to give her all of the information repeatedly. She said she was checking on the coupon I had. After putting me on hold again she came back on the phone and said they wouldn't be able to apply my coupon because it was for "in-store". The coupon says "present this coupon at one of our three retail locations to receive 10% off" nowhere does it say "in-store". I took it as I could call any of the three locations to redeem it. Needless to say I was annoyed and just hung up. I think I'd rather support a smaller florist who will appreciate my business. read more

Originally (Saturday morning) I'd called a different florist in Cypress. They told me they couldn't deliver until Monday, so I thanked her, hung up and called Sicola's. I knew they are only 5-10 minutes away from the lady who I wanted to send them to. So I picked the largest bouquet and paid for it. They told me the morning run had already gone out, but that afternoon they would deliver. They also had her in their database (although with other addresses). I gave them her cell also. No word Saturday. No word Sunday. On Monday, my daughter-in-law texted me asking if they were delivered (Saturday). I didn't know still! Later that morning, I DID get a message from Sicola's, asking me to call the Jones Rd. location. So FINALLY I was able to get it delivered, two days after they promised. No apologies or anything to make me feel better about the purchase. I later found that the lady who received them has had issues also, with prior orders. Next time I'll heed the warnings of those other Yelpers who have paid them but then been disappointed. Oh well live and learn. At least the flowers were a hit. Just not the service. read more

Overpriced, poorly delivered flowers that were not the Premium arrangement promised and pictured on the website. Arrangement came without the ribbon and certain prominent flowers, but apparently sending pictures doesn't matter because as the recipient & not the purchaser corrections cannot be made - especially since it's not the same day of delivery. People receive flowers and gracefully thank whoever sent them, there's no immediate compare session demanding to see what was ordered for them vs received, mid-celebrations. Ridiculous customer service and poor resolution on this. read more

On Friday, April 30, 2021. I called to discuss an error on the website for Mother's Day, when I called the lady who answered the phone told me she does not deal with website and could not help me and it was not her problem because she does not deal with any of that only in store customers. I asked her if anyone in the store had any knowledge on the website especially with Mother's Day being around the corner she told me she has no idea what I'm talking about and didn't know how to help me. I told her that she should have knowledge on the website for future customers who have trouble trying to purchase through them, she rudely cut me off saying she didn't know what to do because she's never even been on the website & it was not her problem & didn't know what else to tell me. Cannot believe the horrible customer service especially when it comes to such a busy money making day for Mother's Day. Will never use his florist again! Owner definitely need to train employees to deal with website orders during holidays! read more

I just received a surprise delivery at my work for my birthday. My boyfriend used the 1-800-Flowers website to make the order and select the arrangement. This is probably the worse arrangement I have ever received. I think a 5 year old could've done better. There was no thought and time put into the flower placement, like it was just shoved in the vase and shipped out. Very sloppy work. HUGE disappointment, to say the least. Regardless of the size and cost of the arrangement, and the way the order was made, anything you ship to your customers should be beautifully arranged. This was definitely not. read more

I live in Washington state and had flowers sent to my mother for her birthday. I paid nearly $120 for an arrangement that looked NOTHING like the photo, and I could've easily had someone purchase a bouquet of flowers from Kroger or Randalls that would have looked better for a fraction of the price. I called them up and they are processing my reimbursement, but they literally wasted my mom's occasion. Will never be ordering again. read more

I am writing in regards to a "fresh" floral arrangement I ordered for a co-worker. Unfortunately yelp does not give the option to rate 0 stars, as 1 star is very generous. The floral arrangement did arrive at a decent time, but to my horror it arrived with dead flowers missing many petals and some flower's stems snapped with dead dropping flowers hanging in the front. How embarrassing. I simply wanted to throw it out as most of our co workers walked by asking "ew, who ordered those things". I spent $55 on a tiny arrangement to be completely embarrassed and wish that I had gone to Kroger and purchased their flowers instead. A two year old could pick better weeds that looked better. Never again! read more

I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Valentine's Day. They delivered to my office today and I am no that impressed with the quality of the flowers. The lillies are brown on the bulbs as well as the mums being brown. The petals from the mums fell off when I lowered the plastic wrap. This was not worth the price I paid. Could have done better at the grocery store. Sorry Sicola's but you won't be getting any more of my business. read more
