For weeks, I've been calling and emailing them with no response, even though their website indicates they are still operating. Desperate for answers, I checked their Facebook and Instagram, where they've been posting regularly and even have daily stories, so I decided to message them there as well. After three more weeks of silence, I went to the brick-and-mortar address listed, only to find that it's no longer there. There wasn't even a sign on the building! This whole situation has been incredibly misleading, wasting my time and effort. If the business is no longer operating, they should be clear about that instead of leading potential customers on through outdated information online and active social media. I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication. Even if the brick and mortar location shut down and they're operating elsewhere, they first and foremost should update that information, but also they could've AT THE VERY LEAST emailed or messaged back seeing as they are active on social media stories. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of a florist.

So after researching florists near my sister's office, I selected Whisky Wallflower. I based my decision on the unique arrangements and pricing. Brittany helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered early afternoon...early enough to rub it in the faces of those who snubbed my sister (sadly, it was deliberate). When I saw the pictures, I had to upgrade my description from beautiful to stellar. I will definitely use Whiskey Wallflower again.

I used this company to send flowers to a familymember for a housewarming gift. PROs: I was happy with the arrangement because it was exactly what I described, a pinkish monochromatic arrangement in a vase. (photo uploaded) I called on an afternoon and they were able to deliver the next day. I used the yelp deal $20 for $10 and they honored this coupon (I bought it while I was on the phone with them.) CONs: The cost was $75 including delivery, which especially coming from an urban California area, I found a bit pricy. Perhaps this region lacks fresh flowers or competition in custom flowers. I chalk this up to a regional difference. Also, they were supposed to email me a copy of my receipt yesterday upon running my card, but that didn't happen.

It was a beautiful arrangement (with some succulents stuck in for focal interest) and was arranged in a mosaic vase. I ordered roses for same day delivery. The arrangement was done beautifully, my wife loved them. The only issue I have, and it's the same with all florists, is the ridiculously greedy pricing for dead flowers. 120 dollars for a dozen with delivery and 100 more for an additional dozen. They are dead flowers!! I can get a dozen beautiful roses at Costco and arrange them myself for 20 dollars. Anyway, the arrangement was very well done and it made my wife happy. I would use them again.

My boyfriend arranged a surprise flower delivery through Wildflower Florist, and the experience was…read moreflat-out horrible. I had no idea a delivery was coming, so when I got a text that one was on its way, I was in the middle of checking out at the grocery store. I texted my daughter, who has special needs and was wearing noise-cancelling headphones, to grab it off the porch. Between the barking dogs and her headphones, there was a short mix-up about timing. When the driver (Stacy) came back, she was openly irritated with my daughter, saying something to the effect of "really, you didn't hear me with the dogs barking?" in a sharp, condescending tone. My daughter was in tears by the time I got home. When I called to ask for an apology to my daughter, the driver was combative with me too, focused on how long the delivery had taken her, even though I hadn't ordered it and had no way to anticipate the timing. And she's not the only one. Read the other one-star reviews here and you'll see this same rudeness and hostility is a pattern with this company, not a one-off. I then called the manager today to follow up and instead of addressing the customer service issue, he was hostile with me on the phone too. Before you order from this florist, do yourself a favor and read through the one-star reviews.

Last week, a flower arrangement was delivered to me as a gift. It was a small arrangement and the…read moreshape on top should have been rounded, but because the arrangement was so sparse, and poorly configured, there was a big empty space in the center of the arrangement and the other flowers, which several were wilted, flopped out of the sides. The bottom line is the arrangement had few quality stems in it, to the point that it looked sparse and thrown together. When the flower shop was called about the issue with the arrangement, the woman on the phone was somewhat rude about the complaint, but sent out a replacement the next day. The replacement was much nicer, and exactly how the original arrangement should have looked. What made my opinion of this flower shop turn in a more negative direction is the handwritten response I received from the flower shop. Handwritten notes are good, right? Not this one. Instead of getting a sincere apology from the business, because the initial flower arrangement was UGLY, wilted and lacking in the number of stems, I received a note with my replacement arrangement stating that the previous arrangement was up to par, and that it contained several blooms that would've taken a few days to open. (As if THAT is the reason it looked awful? (I guess they ignored the part about it being mishaped, looking sloppy, and consisting of wilted flowers too?) I took a photo of the initial arrangement and the replacement arrangement, specifically for my review. Always in Bloom, isn't always in bloom, now is it? No repeat business here!
