The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.
