This review is solely for Michael the manager that was there the evening of 10/17/23. We have a…read morephone that folds down the middle. This phone has NO PHYSICAL damage whatsoever. All of the sudden pixels started to appear right across the middle. A quick and easy Google search demonstrates that this is a VERY COMMON issue with Galaxy Z folder phones. We were told by customer service over the phone that the store will just check for PHYSICAL damage. We arrive the evening of the 17th and we're greeted by a very nice mannered employee. However, Michael has the staff trained to say NO! Our phone has NO physical damage, we were trying to do a defective warranty claim which the phone does qualify for given the defect. Michael, though,nap eager to protect the stores D&D instead of doing what is RIGHT by the customer, decided to not only NOT help us, he clearly demonstrated he didn't care. 611 T-Mobile customer care had already sent our replacement phone to the store. All they had to do was check for PHYSICAL damage, the phone has none. Why not take a faulty phone and let a customer be happy? We still currently have a phone that does NOT function all Thanx to Michael. Great job Michael on saving yourself D&D and not being all about customer service. -5 stars if possible.

During my Baja adventures throughout the years, I've had a change to get to know almost every…read moreenclave in TJ. This includes Zona Centro, in which this shopping plaza sits. This place is similar to swap meets/flea markets that you'd find in downtown LA and at the Roadium. They sell a variety of items, to include cell phone accessories, shoes, clothing, and nickknacks that one would take home as a souvenier. There are two levels to this place, and it is the same building as Plaza de la Mujer (which has nail salons, hair salons, and such). On the second floor, there is a coffee shop (D'Volada) which sells decent coffee and pastries, as well as sandwiches. There is a restroom upstairs as well, just make sure you bring some pesos in coins, else you can't get past the revolving gate. There is a small playground, if you're travelling here with kids. Despite the area, this place is actually safe. I've never had issues the few times that I've ventures here, and the workers are friendly and helpful. I've bought stuff here, and the quality is comparable to the price. If you're looking for upscale only, then stick to Zona Rio and the Hipodromo. But if you want to venture to a locals spot, this is one option. Cheers.
