We called around and were very fortunate to find Yavapai Decks, Abide Construction. Nate talked with me about the project and fortunately had a couple of open days in the near future. He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. Later that week he came out and did the repair. This involved jacking up the decks so he could remove the bad lumber. The end result is that we now have a very solid foundation for our decks. The work was done beautifully and structurally sound. He even painted the supports the exact color of the existing structure.
