Ice cream is already pricey, and she doesn't even give you full scoops. She has a potty mouth, so not comfortable taking kids there. It's not a good environment, especially if you have kids. So I am a pretty patient person. I have been to this store three times over the last 6 weeks. Each time left with disappointment. Long waits for the drive through, no ice cream, and orders not being correct. COVID has effected everyone. But this place was like this for years. Putting signage saying they are out would save some time and headache. I hate going through most of the menu to find out they don't have over 75% of stuff that is listed. They could make a short list on what they have. Another thing to note is they seem to always be understaffed. Normally I only see one person there in the store. Which causes even more wait because they can't do it all super quickly. We came in once for ice cream even though we were there first we had to be served last because others were ordering food or doughnuts. The last straw was yesterday. We went to order ice cream and they were out of everything it seems. The lack of feedback from the drive thru also made us feel unwelcome. We will not be coming back. We have been to other Baskin-Robbins and dunkin doughnuts/Baskin-Robbins. Not once have we gotten the terrible service we have at this store. We also have never experienced the lack of food we were requesting. I heed warning. Be prepared to be disappointed. read more

Worst service in Tyler. Always out of ice cream. Even the popular flavors. Kids running the joint are straight out of the movie Dazed and Confused. Donuts are always cold. Never answer their calls. Wasted trip every time. Been here three times in one year and every experience sucked. Never going back! Dairy Queen owns them!! Sad considering I grew up on Baskins with such good memories. if I could write this place a zero I would. This is the second time I've been there. I drive around 47 miles to go get a cappuccino class. I was there on July 14 Friday night and they have no cappuccino mix. They never have any jamoca ice cream, but I can't see them being out of cappuccino mix especially on a Friday night I'll just go to the Rockwall Location I'll never be back to this location again read more

I snuck to the bathroom in the back to wash my hands and as soon as I came out one of the guys working there told me the restrooms are closed. Closing down restrooms due to COVID-19 to wash my hands? How is that supposed to help stop the spread of the coronavirus? The tables were closed and I had to remind the employee who was getting my ice cream to wear her mask correctly. There was one employee who was not wearing a mask at all. So according to these people, closing the restrooms, tables, chairs and wearing their masks improperly will help slow the spread. I was laughing when I was leaving this place because these people have no common sense. read more

I'm giving this 5 stars simply for one reason. I can ot eat regular ice cream as it just doesn't sit right.. I'll leave it at that. For us lactose intolerant people who like ice cream but hate the fallout they have a new product that has no dairy. I was expecting it to be subpar ice cream and they said it hasn't really taken off very well.. but i thought it was pretty good and now hours later.. still no issues. Great product. Definitely need to keep it around as it opens a market for people like me. Even if the choices are fewer at least now I can enjoy ice cream with my kids and not pay for it for days. read more

Every time we come here they have very few flavors out. They are always out of chocolate chip. Today there were 7 flavors in the cooler to choose from and the staff didn't seem to care. Said they could get some chocolate chip from the back but it would take 20 min to thaw. There's even a note on the cooler top that says "Due to customer complaints keep these flavors out in the line" and the list started with chocolate chip. Maybe one of the flavors on the list was in the cooler. We will find another place for treats and dessert from now on. read more

Honestly I'm disappointed in the entire experience I had at this Baskin Robbins. This was my first time eating at this particular one. For starters, I waited about 7 minutes for someone to finally come up to the front. The place was empty so I know they weren't slammed busy. When I finally started ordering, I could only choose between regular child's cone or child's waffle cone. Sprinkle cones were out of the question. So I ordered one of each cone for my son and myself and a single dip of the Snickers ice cream and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Both ice creams were freezer burnt. The cheesecake bites in my ice cream tasted too awful and chewy to eat and my sons ice cream tasted like it'd been sitting there for more than two weeks. I usually love BR but I'm not happy with yesterday's experience. I hope they can learn from this experience and better the place! read more

The people who work here are very friendly and kind. They didn't have the pre packed flavor of ice cream my son wanted in the fridge, and they went out of their way to check the stock in the back. Nice place with nice people. read more

Rude, waited for a long time at drive (one car in front of us) for two scoops and three shakes. Had very little to choose from and NO sundaes! Window acted like we were a nuisance and when we said "thank you", after bringing our items out one by one since we had to pull up, he replied "uh huh". Not a returning customer. read more

I came with the husband the first time and got their Cookie sundae. The cookie came in a individual plastic wrap. That was my first and only sign that it probably was not going to be good. When it finally came and tasted it, I soon regretted it. It had no "warm homemade cookie" taste, but more like fakeness which was kind of expected. I vowed I would never return as I'm really a Braums girl anyway. Well, I got my birthday coupon and decided to give it another shot, I mean it's free ice cream. I went through drive thru as I'm on crutches and the husband is out of town or else he would have went in for me. The lady taking my order was less then accommodating with telling me at least some of the flavors. I didn't even get a happy birthday from her. I settled for a plain vanilla with "hot fudge". I put the quotations because their "hot fudge" is nothing more than chocolate syrup that I can buy from the store. There are no three strikes with me, two and you are out. I'm sticking with Braums where the ice cream is way better, and their hot fudge is real! read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order for a birthday cake 2 weeks in advance to give them plenty of time to make it. When I arrived today (06-13-17) to pick up the cake, it wasn't even made. This cake was supposed to be a surprise birthday cake for my husband today. Manager wasn't available to talk to and employees couldn't give me a refund for the order. Baskin Robbins really dropped the ball on this. My kids were expecting cake, but now, I have to break the bad news to them. Very disappointed. Employees gave excuses for the reason why the baker didn't do their job. This is inexcusable, ESPECIALLY when I gave them PLENTY of time to make the order. read more

I called to order a birthday cake and was told that their "cake maker" had not been in and that they do not know when she will be, that she's kind of "here and there." If your business is set up for customers to order specialty cakes, seems like you should have someone dependable and able to make them. My suggestions would be to fire your "cake maker" and hire someone who is a better representative of your business. read more
