Part of me wishes that it was possible to hold the sandwich and eat it like a traditional ice cream sandwich, but I'm not complaining about all the ice cream they serve with it. The in house cookies are definitely great and compliment the ice cream well by being warm. I'm not sure where the truck goes, but I will definitely find my way back to have another bite of ice cream!

However, tonight Junah made it less of a positive experience. He was talking and not paying attention to customers. He was on his phone touching his hair and nose. Thankfully he had to wear gloves. He was so distracted he bypassed us to the customers behind us. He kept trying to talk and get Hank sidetracked but he for the most part was cordial but stayed on task. I did not get the young lady's name she was a trainee. She stayed with the customer and was working efficiently. A past employee came in they all spoke to one another and Junah began to quietly complain about the line. He told Hank he should put up the closed sign. Hank did help me with merging my app to the new one and explained what to do and was patient. I would normally give them a 4-5 star but tonight's efficiency and service was skewed by Junah.

Visited this location on 8/2 at approximately 1330, to have lunch in the middle of my workday…read more First time ever visiting a Braum's at all. Couldn't tell where you're supposed to order, nothing clearly labeled, just a bunch of people congregated around the counter couldn't tell who was in line and who wasn't. Made my way to the front to try and order, one girl took some orders ahead of me and as soon as I was next they moved off to the ice cream side where a bunch of their employees, 4 or 5 seemed to be crowded around one ice cream creation, unsure why that many staff are needed for one order but sure. Then when one person from the back, made their way to the front, did not greet me, did not apologize for my wait since id clearly been standing there a number of minutes. So I abruptly made my leave from this location and made my way to Mcds where at least I know what kind of service to expect. If any managers read this or corporate you need to do better, better training, better presence of mind in your staff, heck better line organization so people know where to go for what. As this was my very first time visiting one of your locations, this will also be my last, no point in going out of my way to be treated like I don't exist right? And be sure that I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone that asks, Hey is Braum's alright to go to? I will give them a firm and emphatic No.
