Great family friendly spot. I enjoyed my niece's birthday at Chuck E Cheese in Tyler Texas. The pizza was great and the customer service was excellent. Only downside was that some of the games did not work, but overall it was a fun experience. read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Store Sign - Pizza Near Me - Tyler, Texas

I'm happy to update this review, 5ish years after my initial. Take with a grain of salt that the last Chuck I visited (a couple months ago) was in Longview, and not the originally reviewed one in Tyler, but I'd like to say that the Chuckster has turned it 100% around. Chuck E Cheese is back to an establishment that focuses on the FUN a child can have there. GONE were the roulette style casino games during which you just press a button and see if you "won", replaced with truly interactive, interesting, and engaging games. We had a party package for my daughter's soccer team, and it was affordable, and awesome. Thank you, Chuck E Cheese, for getting back to your roots, and being a fantastic option for family entertainment and dining! We will FOR SURE be back! read more

Good Play Area, Horrible Service Food Quality is very Bad . Bad Customer Service, will never come back! RECOMMEND A PETER PIPER IN TOWN! read more

Soooo disappointing. Grandkids had never been here. And over half of the machines don't work, or don't give the tickets... such a disappointment read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Broken machine - Pizza Near Me - Tyler, Texas

They re use old pizza The pizza was very cold and disgusting they don't have the tickets anymore and no playground like what the heck man??!! read more

Very clean, food was awesome! Staff was extremely helpful! The manager was short handed and I could only tell because he was ripping and running like crazy. Everything continued to run smoothly! We had a LARGE group and we received all of our food quickly, it was hot and absolutely delicious. The manager was accommodating with our craziness, he was nothing short of amazing! The other staff was so helpful and kind to our loud crazy group of kids, and very patient while the all yelled at him what they wanted from the "gift shop" thing, using their points.... I apologized over and over again and he just smiled and said they were fine! I'd go there again, and again! read more

Outstanding customer Service by Holly and Jezalynn. They were very helpful during our visit! The boys had a wonderful time. Food was great! The facility was clean and the ambiance was peaceful and joyful! read more

Used to really like taking the kids there. Seems dirtier now idk maybe it's just me. Grandkids seemed to have a good time though so thats good. read more

0 this is absolutely ridiculous. 1 person to work the entire front. Will not be returning. They act like they don't know what to do. Leave customers hanging while walking thru out the place read more

The kids love going and playing the games. The pizza is also very good. They now have it where you don't have to collect tickets while you're playing the games. It adds it up on your card. read more

Got a value pizza and token meal, added a salad for way too much, $7 for a salad. The tea tastes rancid, had to get a soda. Salad bar is terrible, wilted spinach, slimy onions, lite ranch dressing had ice cubes melting in it. Potato salad was awful, macaroni salad, not great, broccoli was brown. Worst salad, Ever! I let the manager know. He gave me some tokens for the awful salad I did not eat. I gave the tokens to my kids. The pizza was actually very good, so 2 stars. read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Salad - Pizza Near Me - Tyler, Texas

Disclaimer: I've never been a Chuck E. Cheese fan. The prices are outrageous for the subpar pizza you get. The party policies have changed with recent management, so be sure to check. Today the restaurant was so nasty. There were half-used lollipops on the floor, crushed pizza in the entrance, and pizza and cookies littering the floor. In the two hours we were there, no cleaning was done to fix any of the issues. read more

Goo: pizza is good Bad: salad bar was really messy and not clean. The floors were sticky and we couldn't find table because they were dirty:/. Also the prices are lil to high for the food quality. The smell!!! Ugh.! So-so: parking lot is not too crowded and customer service read more

How to put into words one could understand. DO NOT EAT HERE ! I took my 3yr old niece here. What a waste of money. The food was so expensive. Tasted terrible. And about 30% of the games were broken. Including the ticket machines. On top of that. It smelled horrible. The only thing I liked about this place was how they check each kid in and out with the family they are with. Other than that. This place is not worth taking anyone to. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating but I can't! They are open during the Pandemic, however they shouldn't have! The are out of Beef topping for pizzas! Also, 'their supplier' will not bring them onions, green peppers, or mushrooms, so no deluxe pizzas!! Really stupid! I could go to Brookshire's or Walmart!! Not a good visit! read more

The rat smelt like weed when my 2 year old niece went to take a picture with him , the pizza was horrible and the manager was rude and the people at the ticket cashers had no idea what to do. definitely do not recommend for children. read more

Had my sons 10th Birthday party here recently. Lots of fun for the kids. More staff would be nice. Overall cleanliness is good considering all the kids running around :) The pizza is much better and service was prompt and polite. The staff was patient, helpful and very nice. We had an awesome time! read more

I came here for a 2 year old's birthday party that was set to begin at 5:30pm...it's 6:55pm and we still don't have any food after waiting for about 25 minutes to get the table set up for the 5:30pm party. This shows the lack of time management displayed at this location. Chuck E. Cheese's...my how you have changed! read more

It smelled so horrible. We took my daughter for a party and it was nasty. The workers were just standing around. Needs to be deep cleaned

I'm writing this as I wait for my order that was placed, in 5 minutes, an hour ago. The salad bar has been void of salad for over thirty minutes and ice is low. They have no lids for drinks and the place is disgustingly dirty. Questionable liquid on the slide also. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. Half the games don't work or don't dispense tokens or tickets. Poor management. Food is bad. Place is filthy. Don't bring your family here. You will be disappointed. read more

What an poor excuse for a business. The cashier was unbelievability rude, the games were literally repeating "ask for attendant" over and over, half the ticket counters didn't work, the line for the rude/slow cashier was always backed up. I will never be back. read more

Awesome food and service. My kids had the best time and the staff was courteous and always helpful. We will be going again for sure!

I can tell that this team is engaged. The manager Cassie was amazing when we had questions and I could tell by her interactions with the staff that they have one focus...their customers. Thank you. read more

Should have taken the other reviews to heart and skipped this place. Took my daughter for dinner. Got the medium pizza deal plus points to play games with. The attendants at the front register seemed less than thrilled to be there but I looked past that. We played a few games until our pizza arrived. Pizza was average- I've had better at other locations. While we were eating, they played the video stating that Chuck E. Cheese would be coming out soon. Counted down the minutes, and as far as I know, he never appeared. There was a birthday party going on at the time -the kids looked bored and the parents looked angry. We ate our pizza and went back to play more games. Several of the machines that we played were out of tickets, and at least one of them took our "points" but didn't work. I told the front register attendant, she told someone unseen who she spoke to through a headset. No one ever came to look at the game, or refill the tickets. Having been a game room attendant myself, I know it's not difficult to reload tickets. And even after I mentioned it to the front attendant, they never offered to give us credit for the shorted tickets. I probably should have asked, but I was so aggravated by that time, I just want d to leave. There was a young man who walked around on his phone the whole time we were there. Not sure what he was supposed to be doing, but he was more interested in his phone than he was doing anything else. We decided to call it quits soon after the third or fourth game shorted us tickets. Needless to say, we won't be back if ever in the area again. It was by far the worst experience at a Chuck E. Cheese that I've ever had. read more

Terrible service, half of the machines are broken, and management was so unconcern..... This place has gone downhill

Good for kids all ages mostly bring your little ones for good pizza ice cream fun and happiness!!!

HORRIBLE, disgusting and nasty place!! Salad bar was NOT cold and was messy and hadn't been changed out in what looked like a while. Pizza looked like it had sat back in the back for way too long before being brought out. We were not happy or impressed which is sad since we came for our three year olds birthday! read more

Great operation! Kids loved the games and we generally had a great time.

Had a birthday party for my daughter here a couple weeks ago. I always do a party at home so I was excited to not have to do all that work this time. I booked the party online very quickly and easily. We brought balloons and cake, but let CEC take care of everything else. Our hostess was very nice and took care of us. We got the mega superstar package mostly for the unlimited game play. All the kids had a blast! The food was good. It wasn't very crowded. I would definitely recommend having a party here! read more
