Very disappointed with the bait and switch. And the food was just bad, along with comics who were at times pretty funny, but a little too much emphasis on trannies, butt you know what and their junk. Obvious talent wasted on low hanging crude jokes. But most of all, the change up did not make up for Alex being canceled who in my opinion was the main attraction.

You could not see all of the children because of the tall blow ups and there was little to no supervision. After 15 minutes we were rushed into another room for cake and opening presents. The kids barely got to play on the bouncing area for about an hour before they blew the whistles and shuffled us into the next room for cake and gifts. During gifts, the hostess just stood off to the side awkwardly. We paid for 24 children and had 5 show up. They provide ONE Capri sun to each child, as well as dollar tree plates and forks. My husband asked if he could have a juice, and the hostess told him no. We paid $300 for a party of five children and they couldn't spare a single Capri-Sun. Definitely changed my opinion on the establishment, will never be returning.

My family and I tried to resolve this with their event manager first. She refused to give us the owner's info. When we finally got it from another source, we wanted to give the owner a chance to make things right but she did nothing. We cared about our wedding a lot, especially after having to make the heartbreaking decision to reschedule from 2020. If you are planning a wedding I know you care too and so I feel obligated to to warn people to NOT book at Lake Tyler Petroleum Club. They were blatantly greedy throughout the entire process and the for the quality of service provided was poor. LTPC insisting they "had to charge us because of the fees from vendors" was dishonest. I asked every single vender what their fee had been to only be informed there hadn't been a fee. Charging us for changing the date in the first place due to a pandemic that quite literally shut down the world and our state is wrong. The lack of communication amongst their staff is glaring and their unprofessionalism in their emails appalling. (They accidentally forwarded me an email thread where they had clearly been talking badly about me!) DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
