Two 2-Scoop Sundae (Chocolate Chip and Rocky Road under that whipped cream)

You can never argue that there's a lack of variety at Baskin-Robbins. Such is the case with this location in San Dimas. There's not a lot to differentiate it from the rest of the other. BR locations, but that's not a bad thing. Service was quick, with two servers covering the front counter on the day of our visit, and both servers were pleasant as they worked in unison to complete our order. The decor is classic Baskin-Robbins with lots of festive posters advertising their seasonal fare and full display cases of cakes and pre-packaged goodies for purchase. As mentioned earlier, being that this is part of the BR franchise, you'll get what you expect. Don't forget to load up the kids to treat to a cone from here on a hot summer afternoon.

Ice cream is one of my favorite treat for a snack or dessert. Usually a sugar cone is my go to, but occasionally I will have a sundae or smoothie. Every December, I can't wait to have the Winter WHITE Chocolate flavor. We went to two locations and they didn't have it!! I did try a substitute flavor of MILK Chocolate Cherry Bark, it was tasty and had a nice crunch, but cannot compare! I came home, and called four locations, none have it. I was told it was not discontinued, though. Looks like I might have to wait 12 months.

Been to this location a couple of times, always tons of parking, tucked away in the corner, very clean store, not a ton of seating, if you have more than two you might not be able to sit together. No outdoor seating. Friendly helpful staff, lots of flavor, and prices as expected anywhere else. Would highly recommend and return.

With many cheap flavors to choose from, you can never go wrong stopping by Baskin Robbins in San Dimas. You may drive past it as it is set back so look for a Red Robin and turn into that parking lot. They do have some seating inside and the staff tends to be friendly.

Alexis did a FABULOUS job on this cake! She was so sweet dealing with my 11yo and his vision of how he wanted his cake to look. We order from here every year and they always do an amazing job!

Very disappointed. I called in an order for a birthday cake on Thursday evening. I was assured it would be ready for Saturday afternoon. The girl who took my order but phone was pleasant and tried to be helpful, she gave me an e-mail that I could send a photo to them so they could decorate the cake with it. Prior to hanging up, the young lady, Emma, took down all the information. I did e-mail all the information (pick up date and time, type of ice cream and cake details, colors for the cake, the picture for the cake and even acknowledge the additional charge for a split cake in the body of the e-mail. I blind CC'd myself to ensure the e-mail went thru (which it did) and when I arrived I was told the e-mail was not received and that they tried to call, not 1 voice message was left, and the girl that was helping at the register had a grumpy attitude. I ended up coming out with a plain white cake with red writing and my son's name was not even spelled correctly. Instead of Nathan, they spelled NATAN. I gave 3 stars because at least the flavor of the cake was good and Emma was very nice. I will not be returning to this Baskin Robbins again.

They close at 10pm but start putting away their ice cream around 945pm. I get the desire to get things done and go home early but maybe they should start slowly changing their slogan on the sign at 930. 28 flavors. At 935 22 flavors. In any case, they said they were out of most of their ice cream and then admitted that they had just put them away. Annoying. read more

Ever since the CVS near my house closed down, I've been coming here. They have pretty good ice cream. The employees are welcoming as well. You're in and out in a jiffy! Very attentive employees. This will be my new ice cream spot. read more

Last Tuesday went to BR in San Dimas. Andrew helped me and Amber helped my friend. We came in for ice cream for our 2 little guys. Both Amber and Andrew were amazing. They made them cute shark sundaes and you could tell they took pride in their work. The ice cream you can get at any BK but not the atmosphere or the professionalism. I give those two 5 stars plus. read more

This location has gone downhill. The size of the scoops are smaller. It didn't even touch the sides of the cup! I guess it depends on who scoops. I got the guy and he was ending his shift. His girlfriend was waiting. The scoop was small as described earlier. Ripped off!!! It is better to go to the other locations. read more

I must say, this particular Baskin Robbins had an old-time feel to it, I really enjoyed the experience; the staff was very helpful and the selections were great. There were kids in the store, and they were glad anxious to have some Good Ice Cream on a Hot Day, there was a traditional atmosphere to the place and the pictures on the wall made me feel very comfortable and excited to eat there. Parking was great also, however my only compliant was that the store wasn't advertised good enough so that we could see it from the street. In fact, if me and my wife hadn't been walking around the area we wouldn't have noticed the store. But overall, we enjoyed our Ice Cream and the experience with it. read more

Even though the Claremont location is closer to me, I choose to drive to the San Dimas location. It's always clean and the parking is very convenient. Plus they're always playing good music. The people who work there are always friendly. I once got there at a few minutes before closing and even though they were already sweeping up, the girl motioned us to come in and she was very polite and happy to serve us. I thought she was going to give us attitude, but nope, she was very nice and she let us sit there and did not rush us out. read more

i love this BR! I have been coming here most Tuesday nights and order a cappuccino blast. all the staff are super friendly and really awesome to deal with. The last one I got from zeeshan was a good case in point. It was really tasty and it looked exactly like the picture! Still a great place to get ice cream. Even though it is cold the staff are always smiling, warm, and welcoming. Always happy with there birthday cakes too. So easy to pick up ice-cream cake with candles. I enjoy coming here when I can. read more

There was a BIG advertisement for August 31st. Stating 31cent scoops. I waited and waited for this SALE, then I went to the SAn Dimas 31 Flavors for my Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream... ONLY to find out there wasn't ANY. I was very, very, very, very, very SAD and the 14 kids I had with me was ALSO very, very, very, very, very, very SAD, since I got them HOOKED on Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream. read more

Decent service! This location gave us big scoops, which I like. It can seem a little cramped if it's crowded like it was when I went, on a late Saturday evening. Make sure to check the newspaper ads, check online, or sign up for their email newsletter for coupons! I used a buy-one-get-one-free cone coupon that was emailed to me and they accepted the mobile version. I would come back again! read more

Rude employees. One girl (pinkish hair) started to take our order. She was in a terrible mood and after helping one of us, she lost interest. Another employee took over and she was in a bad mood too (probably from the other employee), but at least completed our order. When she was about to ring us up, the pinkish haired employee cut her off and started ringing up people who came after us. I stood there by the register with my credit card in hand wondering if I should say something, but thought why bother ... I'll Yelp it. read more

This Baskin-Robbins is always nice and clean, and updated with helpful, friendly staff. They have so many flavors at this one that I usually have a hard time choosing which flavor I want! I was surprised that the Cookies and Cream is so delicious as most brands of this flavor are too sweet that I never get it anywhere else. Their churro flavor is incredible. I got a nicely decorated Star Wars mint chocolate chip cake from here for my son's bday and everyone loved it. We go here all the time because it is a great location! Went to the one on Pico recently and it was dirty, staff were rude, selection was a lot less, so it made me appreciate my home store so much more! read more

The hours of operation on yelp say they are open til 11pm. I drove 4 miles out of my way to get ice cream and they were closed. I call to see what time they closed and the kid that answered the phone on sat April 26th answered the phone unprofessional and hung up I me after rudely telling me they closed at 10pm. You should really put the correct hours of operation and find employees that aren't so rude!!! 2 thumbs down for you guys!! I used to order a lot of ice cream cakes from this place. I thought the online feature was very convenient and the prices were decent, not too expensive for an ice cream cake. However, back in October I ordered a cake from here. A couple hours later I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The girl on the phone was very polite and told me it was ok to cancel the order since the cake wasn't suppose to be ready for a few more days. A few weeks later, I noticed the bill was charged to my account anyway. When I called to complain, the manager told me I would have to contact my bank account because they hadn't received the money yet. When I called my bank, they said the money had already been transferred. I emailed the company and so far nothing has happened. I wasted $30 on a cake I never got. It's been five months and so far no effort to compensate me for their mistake. read more

First time visitor…read more This ice cream shop is located in old town Glendora which has a cool, old-time, family feel vibe. The shop itself was very clean, well-organized and fully stocked. The ice cream related choices were plentiful as there are numerous flavors available for cones, ice cream cups, ice cream nachos, banana splits etc.. The young lady working behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly and when asked if this shop was associated with the Fossleman's Ice Shop in the city of Alhambra (there were numerous Fossleman's Pics hanging on the wall), the young g employee shared that this shop is owned by one of the grandson's of the Fossleman family. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup. pineapple/ coconut and pistachio. I can honestly say that both flavors were DELICIOUS! Both flavors were rich and well-made and left me craving more.

Love the remodel, the store looks so up-to-date and modern. The customer service and selection is phenomenal. They always have my favorite flavor stocked, Sour Patch Redberry, which is super obscure. I also have ordered a custom cake from there and it was INCREDIBLE. The cake decorator, Nadia, is so talented and really takes into consideration your vision. Thank you Baskin Robbins for the friendly service, I have a pleasant time every time I enter your doors. I will definitely keep coming back, again and again. read more
