Very disappointing experience. No one of the 3 staff greeted me when I walked in, and I had to ask for help with my pickup. I ordered a turquoise cake for that specific color only, but no one called to say it wasn't available I even called a day before to make sure but no one returned my call to let me know it will be off white. The cake looked nothing like advertised, and there was no apology or effort to fix it. I also bought ice cream and wasn't even offered a scoop for free after the issue. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I placed an online order, and when I got to the store, they didn't have what I ordered. I declined a replacement and asked for a refund. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me they couldn't process refunds and sent me to corporate. Corporate then sent me back to the store. No one is taking responsibility. I paid $17.00 and received nothing. That's not okay. Customers should not have to chase down their own refunds like this. I stopped by to get a large chocolate shake. The drive-through was going out the parking lot, so I decided to park and go in. I went in, and there was no one inside. It took them almost 3 minutes to acknowledge I was even in there. Someone asked me for my order and I told her I would like a large chocolate shake. Also putting the ice cream in A brown lunch bag nothing represents Baskin Robbins but your receipt. I asked why was this going on, told by the manager Crystal inventory is backed up. OMG!!! I'm BEYOND disappointed!!! Kids scoop $3.99 it looks like a fraction of a scoop. This is the FIRST and LAST time I visit this location. So much for patronizing a business within the community. For the price I paid I could've had a entire cart for less($3.49) from Rite-Aid. Baskin-Robbins definitely needs to amp up the scoops. I also purchased a sundae that was not up to my expectations. Had to update this review because my experience tonight was trash. Rolled through to get a double scoop for my daughter and a brownie sundae for myself. My daughter wanted a double cotton candy, they didn't have it she says ok let me get rocky road, don't have it, then she's like cookies n cream...I'm sure you get the theme; they didn't have it (eye roll). We made the trip so I order my sundae and requested one scoop instead of 2 knowing that it costs the same (I'm trying to somewhat manage this caloric intake). I ask for extra nuts, skipping the whip cream and cherries. The flat affect having worker was audacious enough to try to charge me a whole .85 cents for an extra sprinkle of nuts after just telling me that they were out of every requested flavor of ice cream. Customer service really is a lost art and it's unfortunate because this ice cream isn't cheap. I get that we need to work for money but for the love of God don't go into customer service if delivering service with a smile is problematic for you. Hopefully the franchise owner or manager checks yelp to see that his or her employees that worked the evening of 6/18 need training and they themselves need to do better with stocking ice cream as having less than 31 Flavors at 31 Flavors is unacceptable. Horrible customer service by Ben. I called in because my ice cream sundae had no Ice cream in it. The cup was less than half way full and I could see the bottom of the cup. Supposedly sundae's are made with kids scoops. Why do you have a picture with ice cream filled up to the top of cup. I called the restaurant to complain and Ben stated there was no manager and that what they normally serve. For 5.99 I could get a gallon of ice cream. I went there because I was a fan of Baskin ROBBINS but now I will never shop here again. Now I know why this spot has 2 stars... I do not like leaving bad reviews for any place but it's important that the management knows about the bad customer service. We arrived at 930pm there was a small 2 car line.. I pulled up to the drive thru, the car in front of me left so I was up next. I waited, and waited and waited, my then waited some more... after waiting almost 5-7 minutes without even being acknowledged we decided to park and go inside. However we couldn't even do that because the door was chained up. Once we walked back to our car the vehicle behind us in the drive thru was acknowledged and their order was taken, which left us with no ice cream sadly.. now I know the door may be closed due to security concerns, but at the very least acknowledged the customer especially if there's no one else being helped anymore in front of the customer that's been waiting. Also another car left as well after they saw the doors were locked and were waiting behind me for a long time as well.. the staff here is notorious for getting peoples order wrong and now they seem to ignore customers to add insult to injury. read more

Terrible service. We parked and walked to the door to buy an ice cream cake around 5:36. We knew we couldn't make the purchase through the drive thru, since we bought a cake on 11/30. We get to the door and it's locked. The guy inside does the 'cut throat' sign. So we're standing there trying to communicate' through a locked door and masks. There are no store hours posted and they're serving the drive thru. So I go to Yelp and find the store number, but no one answers. Then we pull around to the drive thru to figure out what's going on. The guy says, we only sell cakes from 10am-5:30pm. So I ask, you can't sell a cake at 5:38? He says no and says they can't sell them through the drive thru. I would like to say my first and last visit to this location was rip off. I had a taste for ice cream and cookies. So the layered cookie dough sundae looked. I pull in the drive thru and ordered that. But after paying and driving off with my folded up bag, I noticed that's definitely not what I got. I make the trip back to the drive thru and tell them that "this isn't what I ordered." The girl on the mic has a stank attitude and says "yes it is."
