This location it's a young boy that works here by the name of collin and he is very rude, he talk to the customers very disrespectfu. I will never go to this location again. He coughs over the ice cream and he does not cover his mouth, he's spreading germs. He has bad customer service. He refused to sale me some fresh ice cream, instead he wanted to get old ice cream from out the back and argued with me and stated that if I can't buy the ice cream that is old he can not sale me any, he's very rude & disrespectful to most customer, he never has a smile on his face he's always mean muggin. Not sure why we had to 20 minutes to place an order? We are the ONLY ones here. Apparently, the poor kid was only one behind counter while another lady was decorating a cake. He had to fulfill a DoorDash order before he could take our order. Why can't the lady help out??? read more

Came in after picking up our son from school around 2:15 pm. We were the only people in the place. The employee asked for a couple minutes which was no problem. Our son wanted a cone with the sprinkles on it since it was on display. They didn't have it. So he got a regular sugar cone. I ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone, again since it was displayed and they were out. The employee said that she hadn't made them yet, she offered a chocolate covered one but I went with a cup. If you are out of something no problem but remove the item you are out of so it is no longer being offered. We checked and she charged us for the 2 sugar cones that we got. Even though the menu board says that the sugar cones are free with scoop purchase. I brought it up to the employee and she said those are old. I said even if they are that is still what is being advertised and should be honored. She said no it's not right, I responded with well it's what is advertised. I asked for the managers name so I can call and speak with them. She refused to give the managers name as "she didn't want them to get in trouble". Truly disappointed with the service and the products that were available. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but our family only does times out once in a blue moon an go places that we feel are worth it. The experience missed the mark on so many levels. read more

The two employees working this evening were less than enthused by our presence. There was no one else in the store. I asked if I could make a special order. The young female employee looked at me and asked me what I wanted. As I told her, she was looking at me with a blank stare. I asked her to write what I was ordering down. She looked confused and asked me again what I wanted, then she said she had to go do something and proceeded to get on her phone in the back. I bought an ice cream cake for my daughter's 40th Bday from them on 3/24/23 $49.99. The cake was supposed to be strawberry AND chocolate ice cream cake with a thin layer of chocolate cake in the middle. I got ALL strawberry ice cream with bottom layer dried out chocolate cake, NO Chocolate ice cream at all!! The decorated color scheme was completely off, the writing on the cake was wrong. I contacted the manage & he asked for pictures, which i sent him, then ghosted me. I texted him again & he said since we consumed the cake he couldn't give us a refund. SERIOUSLY??? The cake was cut late that evening with family & friends at a party!! It was too late to even go get a replacement ice cream cake to eat!!! HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to this store for a specialty ice cream cake. This manager/owner doesn't give a crap about quality customer service and their cakes aren't good!!! read more

I only come in here for ice cream cakes and I'm always happy with the selection. Although it is crazy the increase in price for these cakes. Unfortunate but we only get them a few times a year for birthdays. Staff is usually happy to help as well. read more

The ice cream probably isn't worth the wait. Huge crowd completely ignored by one employee while the other frantically tries to serve everyone.
