Cake was not ready and they said they had to rush the order and it was still in the oven. I waited, whatever no big deal. Had party at 6pm and cut into the cake and it is RAW. I call the store and the young lady took my info and said she would get it to the GM (Venus) and she would contact me Monday to refund. Instead she has the young lady call me and ask me to bring cake in tonight to prove we didn't eat it, and they could remake it. The party is now over mind you. It was a 40 min drive to pick it up so I offered to send video and photos of the uneaten cake. She said okay let me ask my GM and ask. Three phone calls later, and after me asking GM to call me GM still doesn't personally call me and has this poor young girl relaying message that I must bring the cake back for refund. Unbelievable-- I told them I would just have it disputed through my bank. I refuse to drive an hour + to return the cake Will NOT support this business again. Props to the young lady Jessica who was very kind and understanding on the phone but the GM Venus needs to step up and handle situations like this.
