Hoping it was just the snow cones, I reordered and paid for ice cream instead. I asked the teenagers working if they had cleaned the snow cone machines with Pine-Sol, and they said no, they had only mopped the floors. The smell of Pine-Sol was so overwhelming that you could smell it outside the trailer even with all the windows closed. I explained that we had to throw away all of our snow cones because of the taste, and I suggested they might want to air the trailer out because the chemical smell was so strong that I was genuinely concerned about the employees breathing it in and all the snow cones were absorbing the taste. Every concern I brought up was met with shrugs and brushed off, which was honestly the most disappointing part of the experience for me. To make matters worse, another family who was there at the same time also threw away everything they ordered except the ice cream. They decided to just get waters because they didn't want to risk ordering anything else. Between the ruined snow cones and the complete lack of concern or accountability from the staff, my boys left disappointed, and so did I. we won't be returning.

To be fair, he appeared to be spread thin covering tables outside and the patio, so I can't say for certain if that was his fault or the manager's. A small complaint either way. I love that I am always greeted by name and with a smile a great energy. The food is always consistently good and the iced coffee, and other drinks are great as well.
