I'm a regular at this location and come here primarily for breakfast. Felicia and her staff are highly valued by me. They usually remember me and my order is always right and made timely. I love that I am always greeted by name and with a smile a great energy. The food is always consistently good and the iced coffee, and other drinks are great as well. I use the Dunkin' apps to ensure I get my points and to order ahead. I've never had an issue with that. The drive-through is also nice and quick. I go here almost every single morning. And almost every single morning for some weird reason they always mess up my breakfast sandwich. It's making me question. Why even waste my money here. I visit this location for Baskin Robins aside. The staff is extremely lazy, every time! I have to mentally prepare myself to visit because I know the customer service won't be great. It's the closest location to us. I went last Saturday early in the afternoon for a waffle bowl. They don't have any made. I was fine with waiting but I was told that's something that's done later in the day. However I've come multiple times in the evening and they claim it's something that's done later the morning staff should be doing. Basically no one is making them, and won't if you ask. Why offer it if you're never going to have them or won't make them upon request. They aren't that busy. My husband and I had a great experience today at the new Dunkin' Donuts on Cross Roads. The employees were friendly and ready to help. This isn't my first encounter with them but I've noticed that the service is pretty consistent. My first experience with them was a bit chaotic since everyone was trying to figure out how to work the system, but everything was fine in the end and the manager on duty was apologetic and warm. The drinks and food are similar to the quality at other Dunkin's. This is establishment is hit or miss Today I ordered a French vanilla swirl latte( hot) I received a "cold latte " & cup was not full I explained to cashier drink was cold , nasty and asked for latte to be hot. Today was my first time ever at a Dunkin Donuts. This one also had a Baskin Robins inside. My child and I walked in expecting to get some doughnuts and a banana split. First visit to the Baskin' Robbins side several months ago wasn't great, but hoped it was just a bad night, so tried again. Second time was worse. Three workers total (one drive-thru), with one guy standing over by the back teasing the girl "helping" us the whole time. She was so distracted, we had to repeat our very simple order several times. Also, several of the ice cream flavor labels had come off and when we asked what a few of them were, she had no idea. Didn't know where anything was (the request for a waffle cone stumped her). There are also advertisements all over the place for the Cookie Butter flavor, but when asked about it, she had no idea what that was and said they didn't have it. This Dunkin on Hwy 380 in Crossroads Tx is clean and the staff seem hardworking. I've only been here once. I stayed for a while with a group of friends and was able to observe the staff discussing the regular customers in the drive through. They knew their orders by memory and how they liked their coffee served. I thought that was very 1990's of them. I saw one staff member moving so fast he spilled a walk-in customers large iced latte all over the counter. If it were me, I probably would have gotten to cleaning and replacing quick so she could leave. But he seemed like his self esteem took a hit and was upset over it longer than I personally would have liked. None of that is reason for 3 star though. I absolutely five star the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. What I three star is the product. It's not fair since the employees don't have control over that. But I purchased a dozen donuts holes. And I already knew in advance I wouldn't like them from ordering them in Manhattan years ago. They are just too cakey. Folks in the south do not like a cakey donut!! We like a light, yeast, high glaze donut like Southern Maide's. Anyway, imo they were gross, and I was happy to share them with everyone around me. I had about ten friends and between us all, we left 4 of the 12 donut holes behind. So I brought them home to my whippet who, by nature, always looks like he is starving. When I offered them to him, he took it from my hand and dropped it on the floor in front of me and looked up to see what else I had to offer. When I asked an employee about it they even told me they have no landline phone. And that they have nothing to do with the app. I placed an order for a dozen donuts last night but got no notification that my order was ready, or that there would be a problem fulfilling it, until I got there and they told me they were out of donuts. I have been to this store 4 times for a chocolate malt with Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. So far I only got close once when they had Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream but no malt so I got a shake. Too much milk - very runny. Came in and only one family was in line so far but the workers were still very slow. When we finally got to order, the guy didn't listen when my mom said caramel drink. He did mocha instead and then filled the rest of the cup with whipped cream when he didn't make enough product.
