wish I could rate it ZERO stars....this place sucks. made a custom order for a breast cancer celebration - pink donuts pink sprinkles...opened the box had red white and blue sprinkles and brown yellow and orange sprinkles...when I said these are not what I asked for and SO UGLY the owner just laughed and acted like she didn't speak English. read more

I absolutely love, love, love this place!! To begin, the ladies who work here are super friendly and nice. Oftentimes they gift me extra donut holes or cinnamon sticks! My favorite pastry they have is the spinach one (I highly recommend!!!) But, what I really love is their cool galaxy glazed donuts and the custom designed ones too! This neat little spot has such love and support for all the communities around that they have pictures of different customers who have come to their stores all around the walls. I love how welcoming and loving this place is and I seriously think it's my favorite kolache/donut spot in North Texas... Hands down! I recommend this spot for a quick, yummy and affordable breakfast for the family! read more

Happy Daze Donut - Store decorations - Donuts Near Me - Aubrey, Texas

I stopped this morning for a dozen donuts and the cost was 30.00, twice the cost of dunkin. My husband stops by there often and said this was a huge overcharge. I called to confirm the price as I was not offered a receipt and no one would answer the phone. Highly disappointed. read more

Happy Daze Donut - Hard to believe this is 30.00 for a dozen. - Donuts Near Me - Aubrey, Texas

Delicious fresh donuts perfect for a weekend morning!! I'm a huge fan of their donut holes and their custard filled donut. I love how my custard filled donut was filled "to order" right in front of my eyes. The employee was very generous with the amount of custard, and the custard itself was smooth and not too sweet!! I have already been back three times and am just now getting to write this FIVE STAR review!! They are doing fantastic with plastic screens and masks during COVID times. read more

I just popped in to get a donut at this place I saw while driving and so glad I did!!! And all I gotta say was wow!!! The donut dough is exactly the way I LOVE! Nice and fluffy, tad chewy and perfect moisture in it. Not dry at all. It is definitely one of the best I've been. The place had a line so I decided to get verity of donuts to try out flavors. They were all SO YUM!! After I left and got to the car, more people were going in so it must be popular by the local people. I will be back for sure!! read more

We moved to the area about 6 months ago, and this has been our go-to donut shop! I love the fun sparkly designs: unicorn, galaxy, and there was even a Frozen themed one in winter! Highly recommend the donuts, and even the kolaches are great! read more

Purchased a soda that expired in 9/2020. It's almost 4/2021! Be sure to check the drinks before you pay because clearly they don't. Donuts are alright. Nothing really special about them. They're on the mushier side though. Customer service was fine. They threw in about half a dozen donut holes for free with our order. read more

This place has been our favorite donut place for years. The owners are so friendly and the donuts taste incredible!

Stopped in early this morning and had on overall very good experience. Donuts were great and service was A+.

The best donuts in the area and the sweetest staff! If you like jelly/custard filling they'll inject your donut right there in front of you, which i though was pretty cool. They also have different specialty donuts every time we go. This time it was Biscoff and strawberry shortcake We are new to the area and this is our new go to spot for breakfast! read more

This was on our go-to donut places for Sunday mornings for the class and on Saturday mornings for ourselves Good donuts reasonable prices lots of options how can you go wrong read more

One of the best places ever. I have friends & family come to town and can't wait to go back. I'm not a big donut/sweets for breakfast eater but lots of savory options too. Spinach and feta pastry is so delicious! Get extra, sells out quickly. read more

He said d donuts, nice ladies run the place! It's close to home & always gas a good selection. Better than Dunkin.

If 0 stars or negative stars was a thing I would give that. These are morally the worst people. When you order a mixed dozen and there almost all plain cake and glazed wtf!!! You are cheap nasty people. The mixed dozen is twice the price and you still give me all the nasty ass doughnuts no one wants that sucks! I paid double for nothing plus your doughnuts suck!!! I hope you go out of business. read more

Such friendly staff and they hustle! Donuts are always fresh and amazing! I totally over-do it when I'm in there... it's like target ... you only need one thing, but you come out with a ton! I love their cream, custard, and raspberry filling! Haven't tried the lemon yet. Oh! And the strawberry shortcake donut is AWESOME! It's my way of pretending I'm eating healthy! read more

Enjoyed coming in and picking donuts! They seem like a local staple and knew folks by name. The day we came in was Easter and they had special designs for the day. They were cute! read more

Best place to get donuts in the area. Great service. I would refer people to this location

Absolutely love this place! I found it about 2 years ago and I'm so glad I did. The donuts are always fresh and in stock! And the customer service is the best. They are always smiling and greeting everyone. read more

A busy location due to its proximity to Providence and Savannah. The layout of the shop doesn't give you an immediate view of the donut case, so you're not always sure what's going to be in stock, but the packed tables assures you that they have some goodies available. D J Donuts offers interesting donut varieties such as red velvet and maple bacon, and like another Yelp pointed out, they're the only donut shop I've seen actively using their jelly/cream dispensers to fill some huge powdered donuts--so yes, they'll make them to order. read more

I mean it's a donut place just like every other donut place nothing special stood out.

Took them an order, the lady was extremely rude and told me she couldn't do two dozen donuts with frosting on them. Wouldn't recommend

The staffs are very friendly! Also, I was so impressed by the wall decorated with picture of their customer. They deserve 5 stars not only because of the decoration but also because of the juicy donuts!! P.S. You must try strawberry donuts. read more

Excellent donuts. The apple fritter is fresh and full of apple. The glazed is nice and fluffy. Super nice people, and they threw in free donut holes!! Also- they have regular, mini, and GIANT donuts!! Kids loved it. read more

Happy Daze Donut - Giant donut :) - Donuts Near Me - Aubrey, Texas

This donut shop is delicious! We're new to the area and used to "dime a dozen," on every corner standard donut shops where we came from in Southern California. Here they are a little more expensive than we usually paid for donuts, but the quality is worth it! This shop? Far above average! Their donuts are so soft and fresh. I love that they have several filling options (though I've only tried the custard), but they fill them fresh right in front of you. That's something I've never seen before. Their chocolate is also amazing! The perfect balance of sweet and savory. If you haven't tried the chocolate-covered donut holes, you are missing out! My only issue with this place is that they only allow the small, round donuts to be included in box of a dozen. My kids like chocolate long bars, so I always get two. I wish they'd let a mixed dozen actually be mixed! read more

Want to give a huge shoutout to Happy Daze doughnuts! Not only are they soooo good, but I pre ordered 6 dozen doughnuts for church youth and accidentally ordered them for tomorrow instead of today!!! They took it in stride and had me out the door today in minutes with my order for tomorrow ‍ there are going to be some very happy kiddos. THANK YOU Happy Daze! Sorry again!! read more

Our morning ritual on Sunday is getting donuts and kolaches and today we decided to try a different place from our usual place. It's hard to get donuts and kolaches wrong I think, but this is definitely our new go to place for our Sunday ritual. The kolaches were a little better because of the quality of the bread and the donuts there were pretty neat! They have the usual of course, but they also have some funky ones with fun colors and designs on them. They're basically just iced glazed donuts, but I love the bright colors and variety. I also liked the vibe of the place a lot more. Overall it felt very inviting and feels like it's part of the neighborhood, family owned type feeling I suppose. The coffee station was pretty substantial as well and the women their even gave us a free donut, which is great! I would love to go earlier in the morning sometime to really see what they have to offer, (we went at about lunch time, so the breakfast crowd had come and gone). Check this place out when you feel the need for donuts and kolaches, it's pretty good! read more

It was yummy and pretty. I didn't get a picture of it because I ate it right away. The ladies working there were super nice too.

Kids love coming here!! Excellent service and great everyone with a smile as you enter!!

There sure are a LOT of donut shops in TX! I was out exploring and happened to check if any near me had good reviews on Yelp and of course one popped up nearby. I'm usually NOT a fan of cake donuts and typically go for the plain ole glazed. To my dismay they were out of them! I ordered half a dozen assorted yeast donuts and the woman helping me was super sweet and threw in a few extra donuts. One of the extra which I had easiest access to grab and eat in the car was a chocolate cake donut. Omg! It was delicious! Instead of the dry dense cake donuts I've had in the past this was light and moist and super chocolatey! And the other yeast donuts were even more tasty! read more

Two stars for this place. Donut quality and taste are decent. I think their more into gimmick than good doughnuts. Fancy shapes and icings that look cool but lack any taste other than powdered sugar, corn starch, and water. Worst sausage egg biscuit ever. Owens microwave biscuits are better. And for three small drinks, four donuts, and a tiny biscuit for $16! No thanks. Never again. read more

Love this place. Best donuts in the world. Love sun and David. They are amazing. Love everything about this place. Nice environment. Nice staff. Great food. read more

Warm, fast, and friendly service. Varied selection of donuts. Special occasion donuts are a super cute and fun alternative to cupcakes.

This place beats all the other donut spots! The donuts are so delicious and they aren't overcharging you like the other places do. I was tired of going to the same donut shops around my town because it was like they where changing the prices for the same amount of donuts I always get each time plus they aren't as good as they use to be. But this place! Definitely worth it and they are so friendly! read more

Our favorite breakfast place. Great donuts, friendly staff. Always satisfying donuts.
