She finished the drink and slid it over with no lid. She said they don't use lids because people might want to add things to their drink, but there was nothing available for customers to add The positives were my drink was good, and the shop is clean with nice merch, but don't expect friendly, helpful service or to feel like your dollar is wanted.

They offer fun seasonal drinks - some of my recent favorites were blackberry rhubarb latte, pumpkin cream cold brew, & cherry mocha!
