I have already written a review BUT I have to tell you about the service I got tonight at the BR in San Dimas. My friend and I and her kids went to dinner and then took the 2 boys for ice cream at the BR next door. What a difference. The boys got the shark sundaes. They actually got more ice cream in their little sundae than I got in my 2 scoop hot fudge sundae. We asked how much of a banana you get in the banana royal which my friend got. She got 4 thin slices and the person helping us said no you are suppose to get the whole banana. This place on RT 66 is such a rip off. If you want what you pay for don't go to this on. I'm not even a huge fan of ice cream, BUT... if it's topped with other sweets, then, let me have a scoop! I ended up paying $6.00 for one scoop of ice cream. So, I think they are a little overpriced. No customer service at all. I took my child here for his birthday and he got a two scooped ice cream cone. The top scoop fell off when he licked it before I even paid for it and when I told the store they said if I wanted to replace the scoop I would have to pay for a third scoop. Wow. Ok. read more

My wife and I were apartment shopping in Glendora and decided to stop by Baskin Robbins for a quick treat. The service was not quick and we did not get our ice cream! Basically what happened was this. While we were waiting in line, a line of just one teenage girl, the teenage boy behind the counter was just chatting with her. He wasn't serving her, just chatting! He did not acknowledge us with even a "hello" or "be with you in a minute". Nothing came out of his mouth. The kid finally started to work as he noticed we were getting frustrated, but he was painfully slow getting the teenage girl's ice cream. We left after about 5 minutes. Worthless employee! read more

I keep making the awful mistake of wasting my money at this location. Baskin Robbins makes wonderful ice cream. Too bad this location is so poorly staffed. I've had clerks there that don't care enough to even acknowledge your existence. One time I asked for a hand-packed quart of ice cream because they didn't (nor do they ever) have it in the freezer. When I got the ice cream home, it was only 2/3's full! Save your money and either go to Coldstone or find another location of Baskin Robbins, because this one is the pits! read more

Horrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and the employees didn't even bother to acknowledge me. They kept chatting away. They were out of a lot of flavors, and when I finally did get service the guy behind the counter was rude. The shop also looked dirty. Go elsewhere, you deserve better service than this. read more

I come to this location about once a month for my cappuccino blast. This visit was like most others, however the cleanliness, or lack of, stood out to me this time. The floor had several pieces of trash including a used spoon left by another customer, which had to be before I arrived since there were no customers when I walked in. The freezers were a bit dirty on the shelving that hides the tubs. They looked like they haven't cleaned the spilled ice cream all day. All in all, my cappuccino blast tasted great, service was fine. read more

I came in on my birthday on Friday, March 10, 2017 at around 1:30pm. The gentleman working was very friendly and gave great customer service. Everything from his warm, welcoming, and positive attitude to his patience in answering our questions made the whole experience go above and beyond our expectations. Very disappointed in my recent ice cream cake pick up today. I ordered a design from their book. When I showed up to pick up the cake, the message was written on the side of the cake and not the top and it was missing the special nut design as the pictured showed. The employee said that she wasn't the one who made and designed the cake so there was not much she could do about the mess up! Not much I could do because the party is in 3 hours!!!! The gold medal ribbon is to die for, no matter what location you go to, but besides that, this Business is clean, with friendly staff, and has all of the flavors you usually expect from a Baskin-Robbins. One other thing, I found that the Dunkin-Donuts, the parent company of Baskin-Robbins, has a Dunkin Donuts app, and on it, you are able to put your B&R gift cards! read more

I agree with the other review. 4 girls working only helping 2 people.. I am 2nd in line with one person behind me and no one acknowledges you or says I'll be with you in a moment. I ordered 1 scoop then decided on 2. Had I known it was melted ice cream would have got none!!! I went to lick it and the whole top scoop shifted. Told the girl the ice cream is like soft serve. Wonderful experience! There is a new owner who is very nice. Staff was great! Welcomed me when I came and then thanked me for coming and as we left. Both kids working seemed happy to be there. They happily provided kiddos samples. A very pleasant experience and the place seemed super clean. I also like that they are open late. They have a family night special (I think it's on Tuesdays) for cones for less than $2...($1.59?$1.79$)...nonetheless a pretty good deal for yummy ice cream. Fun fact: 31 flavored is named 31 flavored because you can have a different flavor every day of the month (not because that is he many total flavored they have...they have a lot more). Just left this place with the worst taste in my mouth! I went here to treat myself when I wasn't feeling good and instead of it being an uplifting feeling it was the complete opposite. I basically donated $2.99 to this business because they would not replace the scoop. It's ridiculous, how much would they really lose? $.25 rather than keep a repeat customer who is recognized by the evening staff, even outside of the business. Tried to get a new scoop immediately when I realized it didn't taste right and I had complete refusal from staff and owner to replace ONE scoop. ONE freakin scoop! That is terrible customer service! I didn't want a free scoop as I had paid for the bad-tasting one, just a replacement of it. Never going back here. read more

Friendly people, great location, lots of flavors! Open till 10pm and they'll even be open 11am-3pm on thanksgiving. Getting the "Mom's Makin' Cookies" and "Pistachio Almond" today, and they gave me samples of each first. They also have pints of ice cream and ice cream cakes for sale. 5 tables inside with 2-3 chairs each, and no outlets. I'll be back! read more
