I have come to this location many times before and the last couple of times the service has been absolutely horrible! I understand that we have COVID-19 going on but at least update your website or your window signs to be the correct dates and times. This Baskin Robbins is on the left side of the Dunkin Donuts building and next to the Mod Pizza. Despite the spoon door being on the left, it leads directly into the cash register, which doesn't seem to be where orders are taken. It seems more like one has to order in front of where the ice cream is and pay down there, so I suppose the spoon door functions more like an exit. Anyway, during this experience, the Baskin Robbins side was kind of busy since it was Halloween but I had ordered something else on the Dunkin' Donuts side. Despite all of the waiting for everyone else wanting their ice cream, I managed to get a scoop and pay before any of my Dunkin' Donuts order came out. So that will influence my rating of this side positively and the Dunkin' Donuts side negatively, in comparison. Anyway, it tasted good. Frequently visit this establishment in the afternoon or evening and consistently sold out of most donuts. They also seem to lack or are sold out of a number of the flavors of ice cream and sundae toppings, commonly found at other baskin robbins. Also, they never serve our order in the appropriate containers. For example, my sundae today was served in a drink cup. Don't know who does the purchasing for this location but their poor ability to do their job, directly impacts the customer experience. read more

Such a disappointment. We waited in line patiently and ordered our ice cream through the drive thru. They were out of bananas which seems to be a common occurrence reading from other reviews. We paid and then waited 25 minutes in the parking lot for our ice cream orders. We didn't complain for the wait, we understood that it looked like a busy night. But then we got our sundae order. The sundae looked pathetic and the ice cream scoop was smaller than a golf ball and looked like it was half eaten. My friend couldn't believe it either. So I went back inside and inquired about the size. The employee was rude and said it was the normal expected size, they normally only put kid size scoops in sundaes? Inside his filthy the kids take forever to do anything I sat in the drive-through at the window for 15 minutes 1 time just to get an ice cream. Since last week a whole week is gone by there's trash in the drive-through right across from the window and 2 of the children that worked their pretended they didn't see it , really. So then today I go in and it's still there I ask for the manager who hands me some weird thing to put my card in so over this, So I tell him why is there trash still in the drive-through it's been sitting there a week and he gives me some BS excuse about its the shopping centre's responsibility. Woven you know what you need to call the shopping centre cleaning people and tell them to come over here and clean this up because it's trash food cups been there for a week. When this place first opened, we were excited for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins on this side of town. But the service was terrible and the place was never clean or organized. We gave it a couple tries and we could not handle how bad the service was. We haven't been back until today. I was running errands and decide to give this place a shot and avoid driving across town to pick up ice cream for the fam. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was pretty crowded, but it was clean. The people working were friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. The service blew me away. They must have made some changes and as long as the people they have working and representing them stay we will be repeat customers. Normally no need to say how amazing the ice cream is at Baskin Robins. However I need to let people know about the customer service here. The manager Andrew is truly amazing! He helped us with my friend who has fatal food allergies. My friend wanted strawberry ice cream we got really lucky there wasn't much left so he was able to open a new one and he went back to sanitizer the scooper. Most people make you buy a whole new container, but this manager went out of his way to make sure we could eat the ice cream here. Thank you so much!! read more

It was pretty bad. We don't go to Baskin-Robbins very often, maybe once every two years or so. We were looking forward to a pleasant experience but those thoughts were quickly dashed as we walk in and the place is uncomfortably warm. Granted it's 99 degrees outside but it is an ice cream shop so it should be air conditioned right? It's helter-skelter when we walk in, there is no signs saying where to wait your turn, but were told to wait in the donut pick up line...okay whatever. We wait a very long time as they're taking care of drive thru orders too and the many people in front of us. FINALLY it's our turn, Yay! Oh wait you do not have HOT fudge for the sundaes and you've been open since 10 a.m. and it is now 2 p.m. and we have to wait for it to heat up? Um sure, okay. They forget about us, meanwhile our ice cream is meeeelting waiting for the hot fudge. We remind them. So we get one melty scoop of ice cream, they put on the other scoop which my husband had to remind them of and the "hot" fudge was a congealed mass of fudge, kind of a chewy texture, not hot or appetizing at all. From now on we'll just go to the grocery store and fix our rare sundaes ourselves because I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO BASKIN-ROBBINS!!!! read more

So...went thru the drive thru and ordered 2, 2 scoop sundaes. One with double hot fudge and one regular. When they handed us the sundaes they seemed very light and not warm as is the case with "hot" fudge. We questioned them and they said they would put another scoop of hot fudge. It seemed like Magic Shell to us. When we got home we discovered it was indeed Magic Shell and not Hot Fudge. Seems to me, the employees should easily be able to tell the difference since Magic Shell gets hard when it gets cold. Oh and they gave us 1 scoop each. Very disappointed. read more

I purchase cakes from Baskin Robbins at least four times a year. This was such a disappointment! I ordered a simple cake that looks like a purse. When I went to pick up the cake, it looked nothing like what I ordered! I had to tell them to fix it, then I served the cake at the party and the cake was as dry as a bone! This Baskin Robbins need to go back to school to learn simple cake baking and decorating! Tonight we made our usual trip to the local Baskin Robbins and went through the drive thru! We usually have a friendly employee greet us, but tonight Dominic made it much more fun than just a normal night at Baskin Robbins! He remembered our order and got everything right (which is expected) but on top of that he just had a great demeanor about him that we really enjoyed! I'm not sure why this location is incredibly unaccommodating. For anyone whose kid has allergies, please wait for the girl in black (assuming the recently promoted 20-something who got a big girl job now) to question your knowledge and understanding of your own kid's allergic limitations. "How extreme are they?" Not once but multiple times. Because I asked that the scoop be rinsed first. My bad. The correct response is to let customer know that all the ice cream tubs carry the possibility of being cross-contaminated -- that way you cover your back without questioning the parent of the allergic kid who has far more knowledge and experience than you about her own kid's allergies. Also, patrons: Do not make the mistake of asking if it's possible to get the ice crown from the back - usually the chance of contamination is lower, but that's way too much work for this BR. I let this one slide, because my kid's allergies aren't BR's problem. My bad again. But never ever let your six-year-old confuse the rainbow sherbet with the rainbow colored sherbet - especially if she has allergies. That's three too many bads for this location. "I'm sorry you ordered the rainbow sherbet AND we had to rinse the scoop for you. We can't clean the scoop again because... blah blah." Come again? Just rinse the flippin' scoop again and get the kid the ice cream she wants. That's customer service. I understand that not every vendor can accommodate children with allergies and some don't want to take the risk. It sucks for the kids and the parents, but I do understand. What I don't is the refusal to make small accommodations with the only real inconvenience being laziness to take one or two extra steps that would make a kid happy. Isn't that what ice cream parlors sell? This isn't a good look for you, BR. In this day and age when so many vendors are becoming conscious of food intolerances and allergies and are doing what they can to cater to all customers, you have a location here that's turning them away. Because rinsing a scoop is too much work for a midday BR slump. We love doing BR after our summer classes here, but I know a few great ice cream locations that LOVE to accommodate my children. You'll find us there on lazy afternoons when nothing but a scoop of ice cream will hit the spot. read more
