I grew up going to Baskin-Robbins and I've always been a fan. I took my son for the first time to the Baskin-Robbins Evergreen last week and unfortunately, for some reason they only had one flavor peanut butter chocolate. The employees are so amazing here!! I was greeted with a smile and a sincere asking of how my day was going. As I perused the plethora of flavors, the female employee informed me that they do samples and asked if I wanted to try anything. I opted to try peppermint and apple cider. I inquired if they did half scoops and was informed by a male employee that they could but only in a cup. For my cone, he suggested kids' scoops so I got a kids' scoop of birthday cake and a scoop of peppermint. The service I received at this Baskin rivals that of a 4 diamond restaurant. Sadly, this location has gone the way of eliminating quality and is using the terrible tasting whipped frosting that tastes like a cheap version of Cool Whip on their cakes. For decades, our family has purchased Baskin Robbins cakes anywhere we've lived and we used to come to this one location that was a holdout in the Denver region. But they don't have the quality frostings any longer and the cakes taste awful now. Sad to say that they've lost our business. I'd rather buy a grocery store cake because it would taste better. What a cute little town and what does every town need? A super friendly welcoming ice cram shop!!! We actually drove out of our way on purpose to the small town to check it out and luckily there was a wonderful baskin here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to letting us and the kids try a handful of samples. Then once we all decided what we wanted there was plenty of seating inside to accommodate the rush that arrived as we placed our order. They did a great job managing all the people and filtering around samples for each party group. My daughter loved the rainbow sherbet with sprinkles, what kid wouldn't though? I loved their waffle cones with the ice cream, they made every bite taste amazing. The place was clean, great location, and great stop. If we are ever in the area again we will stop by for sure. read more

We have been coming here since my kids were young, it is a tradition everytime we visit Evergreen. Service is always fast and friendly. Nick has great customer service skills and we always leave with a smile. The ice cream is always fresh and creamy. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Fudge. We love making the drive to Evergreen to get ice cream here. There's seating outside next to the creek to enjoy your treat. Service is always good, and the servers are cordial and polite. I wouldn't mind the price ($4.50+ for single scoop), but the serving is miniscule. Perhaps management can encourage the servers to add a little extra ice cream in each scoop to make it worth the drive. read more

My experience at Baskin-Robbins tonight was very disappointing. Me and my boyfriend have always come to this location without an issue until tonight. We both ordered a milk shake and the man before us ordered one as well. The older lady wearing a green crochet hat was extremely rude. When the man infront of us asked for his milkshake she sighs and goes "i guess." Then when me and my boyfriend ordered, the older lady and the younger girl working started blatantly crap talking us to eachother. They were saying how annoying it was that they have to walk across the store to scoop the ice cream, and making milkshakes is such an inconvenience. I'm sorry, this is your job. It just made us super uncomfortable. Baskin Robbins, I urge you to treat your costumers with kindness and not talk crap about them, or one day you won't have anymore costumers to serve. I don't understand why they don't wear gloves when they are serving customers. Their hands are literally scooping out ice cream many times touching the remaining ice cream, touching cones, etc. They are handling dirty money and cards and not washing their hands. Gloves should be worn at all times, especially in the middle of a COVID 19 pandemic! Many of the servers are touching their hair, noses and faces in between serving. I'm sure this is a violation of some health code. read more

Nice shop right in the middle of the cute Evergreen strip of stores and restaurants. Service was friendly, we got to sample a few flavors as well! All of the ice cream cakes in the freezer looked wonderful :) We enjoyed small scoops of chocolate, cherry jubilee, jamocha (coffee) and cookies and cream. YUM! If you're in town for the day like we were, there is a cute area to walk around while enjoying your ice cream. There's a little creek right behind the shop that you can hang by. read more

I have been coming to this Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid. The service is generally friendly and the ice cream is always good. The only time I ever had an issue is going in about an hour before they close and not being able to get hot fudge. I brought this to the owners attention the next time I saw her, and the problem was rectified (teenagers wanted to get out of working as soon as the doors closed, so they were putting away things before closing to prepare, I get it, haha). The parking is also a problem, but parking in downtown Evergreen is ALWAYS a problem. I mean, it is frickin' ice cream. How can you not be happy getting ice cream? This is one of the best places in town and I love the nostalgia of going in and getting ice cream with my kids, just like I did when I was a kid. read more

Went in tonight with my daughter to get some ice cream. Two kids named Nick and Scottie we're working, one told us they'd be with us in just a minute. 5 minutes later we're still standing there when a man walks in and they ask right away what they can get him. When I asked why they wouldn't help us they said that they weren't sure why we were there. The one named Scotty had the nerve to tell the other not to worry we were upset. There is no consistency when ordering cakes. I have spoken to management about this issue and with no results. When ordering a cake the expectation is that the cake will have all the features and looks of the display cake. Every time I order and receive a cake it is a surprise of what it will look like. I want to patronize my local establishments but this may cause me to go into the city for my ice cream and cake needs. All you get is apologies but no change.
