I loved the vibe here! It was so cute on the inside and there's a separate area for the afternoon tea that you could sit at. There are also little hats that you can take pictures with. The food was also really tasty! I do really want to mention the scones because they were freshly baked and absolutely delicious. I do wanna go back for more scones, but it's such a far drive for me. The only bad thing I have to say is that the sandwiches were a little small. They do have refills on sandwiches, but they are still very tiny. I suggest that they make the sandwiches bigger for the tea. Regardless of the sandwiches, I really loved this place. read more

Such a gem! We had a lovely meal at 5pm on Friday. Although we made a reservation, we certainly didn't need one. Ordered one of the new drink specials, the Hugo Spritz, as well as a few glasses of wine. Our server was social and kind, the sommelier was knowledgeable, and the chef (I believe) was welcoming and silly. Really couldn't be more impressed by the staff. We ordered the burrata which came with lil toasted sliced bread, tomatoes, small peppers, arugula, and a balsamic drizzle. We paired it with the prosciutto and brie flatbread which was actually a flatbread (not incognito pizza). The bread was phenomenal as was the flavor. My only critique is the pizza had large salt rocks (kind of like a carnival pretzel) which was somewhat overpowering at moments. We paid ~$100 pre tip and it was worth every penny for two dishes and four drinks. Everything about this bar & cafe is gorgeous. I included a photo of the bar as proof! Certainly recommend a visit. read more

Im not in Evergreen often but when I am, I have to stop by this place. The decor has a very eclectic classy vibe. The service is great and very knowledgeable about the wine offerings and menu every time we go. I love wine but I don't know much about it! The charcuterie boards are deliciously curated and great to share with the table. I always have a great time when I come here for a girls night with my friends. read more

Great food, great sandwiches and awesome service. The decor was really nice, super unassuming from the strip mall outside. The tea selections is good but somewhat limited when compared to other afternoon tea places in town. Still amazing selections, they do use Rishi tea bags rather than loose leaves. Highly recommend giving them a try. We did the Victorian Christmas tea option and they have those special tea throughout the year. Come check them out. read more

We spent a delightful afternoon at Evermore Wine Bar & Café, a charming spot recommended to us by a friend. The café, tucked away in the corner of Bergen Village Shopping Center was still adorned with holiday decorations, adding a festive touch to its already cozy, hygge-inspired atmosphere. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated, even though we arrived a little ahead of our reservation. The space itself is intimate, with an inviting outdoor patio that likely bustles during sunny, warmer days. The atmosphere exudes warmth and elegance, with deep, inviting colors, stunning murals of intricately painted peacocks, luxurious velvet sofas, and opulent, richly draped curtains. While waiting for the rest of our party, we browsed the menu and were pleasantly surprised by the extensive wine offerings. Beyond an impressive array of coffee drinks, mocktails, and artisanal cocktails, the wine list spanned six pages, featuring options by the glass, intriguing wine flights, and bottles perfect for sharing. We kicked things off with some unique cocktails: the Fleur de Paradis--a refreshing mix of gin, grapefruit juice, elderflower, and champagne--an espresso martini, and the Evermore Sunset. Each was beautifully crafted and delicious. For lunch, the special of the day, a panini with thinly sliced ribeye and grilled mushrooms, was an immediate favorite. Other choices included the Prosciutto and Brie panini, Grilled Chicken panini, and Caesar salad--all expertly prepared and flavorful. While the food menu is not particularly extensive, we all agreed that it could benefit from more shareable appetizers or entrée options. A couple of our group opted for wine flights, expertly curated to pair with their meals, with the helpful guidance of Josh, our attentive and knowledgeable server. One disappointing detail we noticed was that some of the wine glasses were not as impeccably clean and polished as one would expect. In fact, one glass even had a small hair inside. While we chose not to raise a complaint, greater attention to detail in glassware cleanliness is essential--particularly in the bright sunlight, where every imperfection becomes unmistakably visible. Our table in a cozy back corner featured deep pink plush sofas and elegant high-back chairs. Though the sun's intensity through the glass doors was slightly overpowering, the ambiance remained inviting, with a gas fireplace adding a touch of warmth. We also noticed an afternoon tea service on offer, which looked intriguing and worth trying on a future visit. There are fun, antique-looking hats I'm thinking you can borrow for high tea. While the prices are slightly higher than other cafés, the impeccable service, thoughtful details, and ambiance more than justify the cost. Evermore Wine Bar & Café is a gem, and I look forward to returning to this delightful little haven. read more

Really loved the decor- it gave comfy Victorian tea house with the antiques and velvet seating. The food was good as well- I got the caprese panini, which they kindly toasted lightly for me. The pesto gave it a good bit of flavor and made it so it wasn't dry, although it was pricey at $18. It was a little awkward when my friend asked for ranch dressing for her salad, and was told that they didn't have ranch by itself, despite the fact that it was listed on the menu. Overall, it was really cute and I would go back the next time I was in Evergreen. read more

Recently revisited and it's just as enjoyable and unusual (for the area) as it was on my first visit. The decor, menu design, food and ambience are akin to a patisserie in Paris or a Konditorei in Berlin. Creative selection of appetizers, good variety of light lunch fare and wide selection of pastries, wines, teas and coffee. Service is friendly and attentive. If you're looking for something that's 180 degrees from the typical Colorado suburban/mountain fare of steak, BBQ, Italian and Mexican, this is the place. read more

I came with friends for the Victorian Christmas Tea in early December. The restaurant had an enchanting and immaculate atmosphere, and the theming was warm and beautiful. They had fancy, cute hats that you could wear to have a tea party in style. The staff is wonderful, as is the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. The services were excellent as well. The tea selection won't disappoint. The pastries and finger sandwiches, scones, and various spreads were also excellent. We also got a tea strainer as a gift. See the video! It was a wonderful experience. I think I want to come back in January, but I must wait to see how the weather will be because if you reserve and don't make it, you still need to pay. Three ladies from our tea party missed, and the owner kindly didn't charge for two of the three. I highly recommend this place--it's the best I've been to so far. Parking is free. read more

Fun wine bar and cafe. Service was great! We were given an extensive description each wine we ordered. There is definitely a wine for everyone here. Several choices of appetizers and food. Sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards. They also offer a tea option that can be set up 24 hours in advance for a special treat. The cocktails choices are also very good. Fun place to enjoy family , friends or a date night. read more

Super cute place inside! The service was great and attentive on a Tuesday lunch time. The chicken panini paired with the tomato soup was delicious! We were able to get it all split between the two of us and it was perfectly portioned. Their mocktails were also yummy! read more

Five stars: Ambiance. Such a cute place with a promising concept. Negative five stars: Service. Not just our server. The whole team that we had an experience with. We ordered two wine flights, a burrata appetizer, and two panini sandwiches. We waited patiently for our wine which never came but we didn't say anything until our sandwiches came out. We told our server we also ordered burrata and he went around the corner then brought that out after the sandwiches. We caught him to also say our wine flights hadn't arrived. He assured us he'd bring it right out. Well that never happened. I realized my sandwich was not the one that was described on the menu. The servers were all over the place and never stopped long enough to look at us trying to flag them down. We were finally able to get someone's attention. We told him our wine still hadn't arrived. It had been around 35- 40 minutes at this point. He was less than happy to help. "Well how long have you been waiting?" A long time! We got our food first. Oh wait also this not the same sandwich from the menu. "Why, what's missing?" Everything but the bread and the chicken. "Okay I'll let the kitchen know." About 5 minutes later he drops the white wine flight off and doesn't bother telling me which one was what and left. Another minute or so went by and our initial server brought us the other wine flight and apologized. Okay rolling with the punches. We still haven't heard about the sandwich so I ate the burrata as my meal. They were kind enough to bring out crostini for the burrata when we asked. While finishing up the other server came over to ask everything was okay. Yeah it's okay, but the sandwich is still wrong. "Nobody ever came out?" Nope. It's okay though just take it off the bill. *picks up plate* "We don't quite do that". Well do you have a manager here? Can I talk to him. Explain to manager. "Sorry about that, what was missing from the sandwich?" *Exasperated* EVERYTHING. And our wine took forever to come out. "I know, I'm sorry. Let me go check on that" Comes back. "Okay I will take the sandwich off the bill". Two Stars: Wine was okay. Food was good. I understand it's a small mountain town, but C'mon!!!! And don't argue with the customer when you know your kitchen messed up. We'll see if this place survives long. PS: I still left a good tip because it's in my nature and bad reviews are not. read more

Came for Christmas high Tea and we had a good time. Evermore is beautifully decorated and the food was great! The only complaint I have is that we were told it was unlimited refills on the food and it was pretty chintzy. First we were told we need to finish our entire plate before a refill and we then explained that we couldn't eat salmon so then we were brought 3 baby cucumber sandwiches (bites) not a refill of the sandwich's we could eat...and we actually laughed at what it was so we finished and immediately left! Disappointing. I'd like to return for wine and dinner but I'm not sure I will. read more

This place is such a gem! The attention to detail on the decor is magnificent from the window coverings, the chairs, the chandelier over the bar! You walk in and you immediately feel welcome and relaxed. Olga, the owner is delightful and truly wants your experience at her establishment to be perfect. Her wait staff is attentive and eager to please. The wine list is extensive with great, smaller boutique wine options and the cocktail list is interesting and fun. We have been there twice and have not yet eaten there but based on everything else, I'm sure the food is to the same quality and attention as everything else. It's too bad we live all the way in Parker or we would be regulars for sure! read more

My family enjoyed high tea at Evermore and what a treat. One of the nicest tea rooms I've ever enjoyed. Beautiful decor, great service and excellent food and drinks. They have a main room and also a velvet Red Room for more private dining. Evermore's bar area can sit around six people comfortably. I highly recommend this Bergen Park gem read more

I went here with my dad and stepmom and we were pleasantly greeted by the owner, Olga, who was so kind and welcoming. They have an entire wall of fasteners for those coming to enjoy a traditional tea experience. The most memorable part was the service. Josh was our sommelier who had an incredible knowledge of wines and made for great conversation! The charcuterie board with pretzel was delicious and the entire experience was both pleasant and memorable. The ambiance was beautiful and the decor was of a lovely Victorian vibe. Everything was clean and beautiful! I will absolutely be going back here read more

We absolutely loved our experience at Evermore! I wish I could remember our server's name (I do remember she was from ATX), but she was fantastic! We so enjoyed our cocktails, the beautiful meat and cheese board, and dessert. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but well worth it for a delicious meal and whimsical luxe decor. read more

**Please note, I hate leaving bad reviews, but from start to finish.. nothing about this visit went well** The high tea was not great. HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. We were limited on the tea sandwiches and for $50 a person, I expected WAY MORE. I only mention this because we were starving and normally when we have tea, they provide as many as we need. I don't think asking for 3 servings of finger sandwiches was too much to ask for considering it's only cucumbers and mayonnaise AND FIFTY DOLLARS. WE were given 2 and when asked for the 3rd.. we were kind of laughed at then were told "the chef is out of ingredients". Literally, it's cucumber and bread. The service was comical sadly. We were forgotten about (literally, multiple times) as we were placed behind a fireplace wall, so I guess for that, I can understand having to get up 5+ times to ask for service... seriously it was that bad lol. The only positive thing I can say is you got to pick out silly hats to wear (optional) with tea and that was funny. Will absolutely never come back and will choose another establishment to spend $50 on tea that won't forget we are there. read more

1 star for ambiance 1 star for concept. Went with a group for a Mother's day tea event. Two people in our party cancelled and I assumed the person hosting the event cancelled for the ones who were unable to attend. However, at the close we were informed that the two guests who did not attend must be paid for in full. Really? Dry scones and white bread sandwiches unconsumed are worth $60 per pop? They never even offered us the wine (paid for) for the parties who did not attend. Would not recommend. read more

Such a gem in evergreen! Cannot recommend it enough. Amazing ambiance, incredible service.

My boyfriend and I decided to swing by Evermore last minute on a Saturday afternoon for a bite and cocktails. The ambiance was lovely, I'd call it bougie victorian. The baked Brie and Stranahan Smash, delicious. However, I was unimpressed by our waiter. He took bougie and pretentious to the next level all throughout our meal. We've been to several upscale establishments in Evergreen and never have I felt so judged. Not to mention when we were given the check, the waiter watched over my boyfriend's shoulder while he paid. Apparently a 20% tip was not enough for the subpar, judgmental service. I have a large brunch group of over 30 women I wanted bring for high tea, but after that experience I think we'll take our business elsewhere. read more

The place is cute, great ambience. However, the value for money for the tea was terrible. It's $50 per person. For the tower for two ($100) we got 4 scones (good amount of scones), 6 slices of sandwich (which were incredibly small, maybe like 3 pieces of bread total), 2 macarons, and 4 mini slices of cake (about 2 inches high and .25 inch wide). If we had paid $20-30 per person max it would have been lovely. read more

I love the decor! Great ambiance! I loved the music that was playing and the service was excellent and fast! We came 10 minutes before happy hour was over and they made sure we got it in before! The food was excellent-seriously the best cheese board I have ever had- and I have had a lot of cheese boards at very fine restaurants. The wine flight I had was top notch. I loved all of the wines. We stopped in Evermore Wine Bar and Cafe on a windy weekend night after babysitting our grandson. We were welcomed into a warm, casual , yet elegant atmosphere. I felt transported to Europe. Evermore has wine flights available, wines by the glass , an extensive wine list and both cocktails and mocktails available. They also have a selection of charcuterie boards, paninis and flatbreads. We split an excellent Procuitto and Brie Flatbread that was garnished with an onion jam and arugula. It was substantial and had a beautiful crust. They also have desserts.
