Not a fan of THIS specific location. They are not honoring the special pricing on the Cappys (S $5, M $6, L $7). They charged me full price twice in one week. I ordered two original cappys. One large with no whipped cream, but cinnamon is ok. One medium with whipped cream and cinnamon. The first time they at least made the order correctly. They just charged me full price at $14.37. The second time the girl did everything wrong. She only made enough for a small and large. So she had to remake more. Her ratios were off and it did not taste right. It also didn't even fill up the cup of the medium. I asked for no whipped cream on the large (which I mentioned twice) and she added a mountain of whipped cream on it. She scraped off what she could. And for the medium which I request whipped cream she gave a pathetic little dollop. To add insult to injury, she charged me full price $14.37 instead of the special pricing of $13.00. It just so happened that Winter White Chocolate (W.W.C.) was the flavor of the month. So it began, my annual visit for a scoop of Winter White Chocolate. I ordered a cake with it to introduce my #1 flavor to my family. One Christmas, my Brother gifted me with a pre-packed quart of WWC to carry me into January since it is only available in DECEMBER!! These days, their average price of an ice cream cake is $50, that's kind of steep, but I assure you, it's very good. White chocolate is a tad sweeter than milk chocolate. Baskin Robbins does add crunchy milk chocolate bits and cherry pieces, all wrapped up in a ribbon of cherry swirls. Yummy good!! Every December 1st, I start making phone calls to the closest 4 locations to see who has it on their menu. Last year, they didn't have it!!! 2023 broke my perfect attendance record!! I called once a week, but it was not available!! Sadly, I thought it had been discontinued! It is possible, my second favorite BR flavor was Ambrosia, but they stopped making it about 16 years ago!! My girlfriend and I came here randomly because she wanted ice cream. The kids scoop is 4.99, single is 5.99, double is 8.99 , and triple scoop is 11.99. I was surprised that there were two plant based ice cream options and they gave free samples. I got a kids scoop and boy was that kids scoop sad. It was melted and barely anything. I might as well gotten another sample spoon to make it even so I didn't have to pay 4.99 for the cup. My girlfriend got the sundae . The employee gave two small scoops (that was already melting), whip cream, sprinkles, and a cherry on top. Why is this place so sad and stingy on their ice cream? Very dissapointed with my order. I was excited to order the turkey cake everyone was getting this year only to pick it up and receive a mediocre piece of cake. First of all I paid $43 online it states it serves 12-16 people. I have seen pictures and videos myself of it and it looks like a decent size. So why do I go pick up the smallest piece of cake ever, I thought to myself maybe it's just smaller in person but the more I looked at it there was no way it would feed no more than 6. So I go back in and tell the girl who handed it to me my concern. Mind you when I first got there she was in the back then came out while a line of customers were waiting and proceeds to text and laugh at her texts, whatever I waited. She then points at me to I guess signal me to go over I already knew from the start she would have horrible customer service. When I went back in she keeps insisting that it's correct and that's just how they made it but next to us is a freezer of cakes with a turkey cake SIGNIFICANTLY bigger so I'm like why is that one bigger she says it isn't like we aren't looking at the same cake and keeps gas lighting me to believe my cake is the correct size. I drop it because dealing with her was only going to get me mad and I just was not in the mood to cause a scene, but honestly I need a refund and for your employees to be educated on what good customer service is. There was also an issue with online order and it letting me select pick up time for thanksgiving day when they are closed. Very weird behavior from the owner! I came in and asked for a scoop of chocolate. First of all, she didn't even use gloves when scraping the ice cream. You would think the owner of an establishment would follow normal food sanitation rules. Secondly, I tried to redeem my free scoop for my birthday. She then told me that it was only a kids scoop that was free when she gave me a regular scoop. I checked the email I received and it said a free 4 ounce scoop which is a regular scoop. Then she scanned my coupon TWICE, and tried telling me that it was already used and asked me if I had already used it. I told her no that I just got it today and that it was my birthday. Obviously it says that I already used it if she scanned it twice. I don't understand why she was making such a big deal over a scoop of ice cream. I saw on the screen that it said "-4.49" but she was still trying to tell me that it wasn't going through and that I used it already . She finally just said "it's fine" and let me have the ice cream. You would think if someone's coming in to redeem their BIRTHDAY scoop, you would have a little better customer service, especially coming from an owner. Very poor experience. read more

I don't usually come to this location but since it was on my way to where I was going, I decided to purchase a cake for my father's birthday from here. I asked for a Chocolate Chip cake. The woman found me one. I said, are you sure this is Chocolate Chip (Dad's FAVORITE), she said yes and followed by showing me the flavor on the box. Lo and behold, it was an Oreo cake. Highly disappointed as I wanted to get my father his favorite ice cream flavor. Also, I purchased two kids scoops and the woman basically gave me 2 hallow scoops. I guess this is their way of saving ice cream which is ridiculous since they're SO expensive. I worked at a Baskin Robbin as a teenager and I know there is a "weight" that the scoop needs to be, but I think they took it to another level. Lastly, I wanted to say that their cakes were SO badly decorated. All of them. Some you could see the ice cream through the icing. I will NEVER shop here again. I ordered a cake for my son's 5th birthday. I went to pick it up and it looked horrible. It was so bad, when I showed it to him, he turned away and whispered, "That cake looks weird". I went back inside to speak to the employee about getting something else. I was told the manager (which I believe was probably the owner of this franchise) said I could not get the cake I saw in the refrigerator that came close to what my son might like. The kid is picky and wanted vanilla ice cream. The manager said they had done three cakes of the same design previously and had no complaints. I asked her if she had seen the cake and she replied no. She also tried to give the excuse of the freezer's temperature going down and due to this, caused the cake to melt a little. I'm attaching photos so you can be the judge, but I don't think changes in temperature cause colors to change. Oh and that fourth of an Oreo cookie for it's nose! I just didn't know what to say when I first saw it. I just left out of the store and I had to give PROPS to the young lady working behind the counter as a lady purchased an ice cream cone and took off her mask in the store to eat it and the young lady asked to exit the store to eat it. The lady argued with her about eating the ice cream and the young lady stood her ground replying to her there were other customers in the store with masks on and that's their policy. The lady did leave after being rude about it but I'm a nurse and was so happy to see what this young lady did. I gave her compliments on what a good job she did and left a nice tip.
