They have some pre-made ice cream cakes ready to go, as well as pre-packed ice cream of their most popular flavors. A few of my favorites to get a quick scoop are the mint chocolate chip, Oreo cookies and cream, Jamoca® Almond Fudge, Rainbow Sherbet, and Oreo 'n Cold Brew. Along with ice cream scoops in cups or cones, you can get beverages and milkshakes, sundaes, custom cakes, and Polar pizzas, They have a mobile app for easy ordering, to get deals and rewards, and more. Disappointing experience -- rude service and unexpected charge I stopped by this location to use my rewards for a free scoop. The person helping me was rude and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I was also surprised to see that I was charged $1.99 for the cone even though I was redeeming a reward for a free scoop. I understand that a reward may not include certain extras, but if I'm given a scoop of ice cream, what am I supposed to do--walk out of the store holding the ice cream in my hand? If the cone costs extra, that should be clearly explained before completing the order, especially when someone is redeeming a reward. Between the attitude from the employee and the unexpected charge, this was not a great experience. I hope management looks into both the customer service and how reward redemptions are being handled. This is my favorite Baskin-Robbins because of the excellent customer service from Sunny. He's friendly and says, "Ice cream will make you happy." Which is true, have you seen anyone cry while eating ice cream? Today was really hot, so I came in to buy 4 quarts of ice cream. They usually run $9.99 each, but if you buy 4 like I did it's only $29.99. That's a savings of $9.97. I also like their selection of ice cream cakes. read more

I always love going to this location. The workers here are very nice and helpful. My kids and I have gone there frequently especially after school, it a good treat for the kiddos. This is genuinely the best Baskin Robbin's I've been to. This guy working the night shift was really chill, friendly, very considerate and even offered the crumbly bits for the pistachio chocolate bar ice cream. Clean and well kept indoors. I ordered a football-shaped birthday cake for my son, but when I picked it up the color was completely wrong. Instead of being dark brown like a football, it was a light tan color that honestly looked more like a potato. My son was very disappointed when he saw it. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they had run out of dark brown. No one called me to let me know, which is frustrating because I would have canceled the order or gone somewhere else. They also refused to issue a refund. I even contacted their corporate office, but was told that each store is independently owned -- which didn't help resolve anything. At the very least, the store should have called to let me know they couldn't match the color. Instead, it felt like they were more concerned about keeping the sale than taking care of the customer, and I was left with a cake that didn't look anything like what I ordered. Lesson learned -- always triple-check your order with this place. read more
