It's a joy to see my 6 year old daughter love Baskin Robbin's as much as I once did as a child. She always chooses to visit BR for a special tasty treat. This location is clean, spacious, and has a friendly staff. My daughter adores their classic chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, while I enjoy their pralines n cream. I recommend visiting on Tuesday nights, as those are "family nights" with discounted prices. read more

The ice cream is always good at baskin robbins, never had any complaints however their toppings can be a little iffy. I usually get gummy bears and they are always not that fresh so i would just be mindful of the candy toppings when ordering. The staff when i went was just highschool kids but they are always super sweet. I dont go to BR often but the inside is always nostalgic. read more

3.5 We've driven by here several times but finally decided to check out this location. The store was clean and organized. We were the only ones there so we were served right away. The employee was friendly and explained the scoop sizes and the gluten-conscious signs. That said I was glad to know that there were many more gluten-friendly flavors than say Amy's. I opted for the strawberry that had actual strawberry in it. I will try the Cherry one next time. I will say it was disappointing that the pistachio wasn't gluten-free. The tables were clean but it's a small store. Parking was easy enough as it was in a strip mall. I'd come back. read more

Baskin robbins is a classic OG choice for ice cream. My go to favorite flavor is the chocolate chip ice cream. The ice cream is always rich and creamy. They have a good amount of flavors to pick from and try. They are generous with their scoop and I love that personally. The prices are decent compared to other ice cream shops. Their staff is always working hard and this place can get pretty busy very fast. They have seating inside. There is no wifi here. The place was a bit messy. The table we were at had ice cream over it and the bathroom was dirty. read more

Not sure what it is, but still liking me some Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Definitely might be a childhood thing, there was a B-R close to where I grew up... very much a traditional flavor guy, chocolate, cookies-n-cream, etc., not much into the flavors that are all sugar-ribboned with sauces. Enjoyed a scoop at the location, brought home a couple of pints. Happy ice cream camper for a week! Highly recommend Baskin-Robbins for very good, fresh ice cream. Nothing about this location makes it stand out from other Baskin-Robbins. The variety of ice cream was still great, which is what a BR needs to be. We arrived with a crowd, and I am happy to report the employees managed it without getting frustrated. The tables inside were clean, so we were able to sit down and enjoy out treats. I cannot give a rating on the ice cream because my friend and I used the restroom first and decided to leave based on the lack of cleanliness. As we left we could see the floor in the front of the store was just as nasty as the restroom. I can't help but wonder what the food prep area we can't see must be like if this is their state of cleanliness where customers CAN see. We live close by to this location, so coming here from past 5+years, we have ordered birthday cake few times, and they have done good job everytime, no complaints there. Customer service is not consistent, sometimes there's no difference between kids scoop and regular scoop, both will be same as kids scoop. People working there will be constantly changing, so sometimes service is good, sometimes not. we regularly bring pre packed ice cream, usually it will be good but sometimes almonds in jamocan almond fudge will be spoiled, which I hate it. read more

While this is not my favorite ice-cream spot, it is one of the nearest to my home. Tonight my kiddos and I came in for a treat after doing yard work all day. When I approached the window to purchase more ice cream, the workers were just talking and didn't ask if I needed help. Came in today for my usual scoop bringing my mom in also. There was a woman with her daughter and a man with his two teenage kids. Aimee was the only one up front working. In the back was an employee screaming profanities on the phone. I'm not sure who she was arguing with but she dropped the f-bomb, sh*t etc for about 30 min. I asked Aimee if that was a manager and she said no it was a coworker. This type of behavior is unacceptable especially with kids around. Leave that drama at home. read more

While the cookie cake I bought was good...I found a hair in the ice cream. A hair too short to be mine and too long to be my boyfriends so that's kind of gross.. I mean if you're paying $17 for a cookie cake you kind of expect it to be uh hairless? I don't know just gross. Just please double check before you put this stuff out. read more

Wow the two young teenage girls working there need to get jobs where they're not customer facing! Went in and my kids and I wanted to try the non dairy flavor. She acted like giving us small spoonful to each of us to try was money being taken from her pocket!! Then I asked her a question and she ignored me and instead she was too busy picking something out of her nails!! YUCK!!! Also as she scooped out the ice cream her sweatshirt sleeve was touch the rest of the ice cream!! YUCK YUCK YUCK!! And as we were paying she was acting like she was doing us a favor by letting us eat there. So I didn't leave her a tip! However, the entire time I was not rude to her once and still kept my cool! She then goes off to the back and starts bad mouthing me to the other teen employee! It appears the ownership of this location may have changed or perhaps the owners are now operating it themselves. It used to be run by high school kids who were always friendly, welcoming and could handle the crowd during peak times. However, on my last 2 visits, it appears the owner is serving customers himself or possibly his wife. It was poor, and unwelcome experience. The scoops served were not full scoops, in fact, in an effort to get more ice cream, I actually ordered a 4 scoop sundae and it still only filled the bowl half way. It is definitely no longer worth the cost of an ice cream sundae. I won't be returning. read more

Normally, my wife & I would go to the store at Parmer & Mopac but they decided to close it so we chose this location...BIG MISTAKE! First off, we're of African descent so we took this one EXTRA personal: the young black kid had major attitude from the time we approached the counter, he was extremely rude, pushy, and non chalant. My wife was being "helped" by the young black girl, who had an even worse attitude. My wife is easy going but takes disrespect more personally than I do. She ordered 2 scoops, only got maybe 1 & 1/4 and she just tossed it on the corner at her. It was all I could to to calm her down from snatching the little girl up. The black kid that made my cone walked to the far end of the shop and just stood there, my wife was fighting mad so I just wanted to pay and get out of there before I needed to bail her out of jail. I walk to the end, the kid never says he'll ring me up down at the register, so I look at the screen, he's pushing buttons and I see $20.45 on the screen! A helpful young Hispanic woman apologized and the black kid just walked off. The ice cream tasted off, the waffle cone was stale, even though she heavily discounted us for their rudeness; we'll go to Round Rock or Pflugerville, which is further out our way IF we ever go to another BR. read more

I live by here and figured I should give it a try. They have a drive thru, minimal interaction and lots of flavors! They were out of bananas, thats fine. I got the basic two scoop sunday. It doesn't matter what I flavors I got actually, because the ice cream came melted? Im not sure how that even happens. The whipped cream was a puddle. I opened it before we even left the parking lot, it was in that stage of semi melty ice cream soup. How does this happen?!?!?!?! Do I even come back? Is this a service issue? Would leave zero stars if I could. Came in on Sunday at about 2pm with my kids. There was someone in line before us so my daughter started looking at the flavors. Another person came out if the back and we asked to try s couple of flavors. They then proceeded to help all the other people in line while we waited. So we left and went to sonic. I found it rude and dismissive. Plenty of places to get ice cream in this neighborhood. This place won't be one of them. read more

My faves are Oreo because of the real Oreo chunks and rainbow because it makes me feel like I'm indulging healthily. Has two outside seating areas! Decently sized inside. We've been a couple of times through the years and sad to say, tables are usually dirty and sticky. The teens they hire are usually cheerful but don't care to bus the tables I guess. The last time was because my daughter received one of those school rewards for a free scoop so we reluctantly went. I showed this older lady behind the counter the reward coupon and she gave me a sour face for it. I was kind of annoyed because I'm thinking this isn't the only thing we're ordering and why you gotta be like that in front of my kids? She scoops these miserly looking scoops for both girls and then acts surprised when I the coupon is for one. It's fine their small, they don't taste that great. Definitely not the same from my childhood. We also bought a cake from their freezer section and sadly it tasted freezer burn! Wah wah. read more

I went to this location at 9:30 pm. Once I get to the order screen I was told they didn't have most of the flavors as they was about to close. At this point it is 9:40pm. I asked for quart of Snickers and was told they don't have it. I asked for cookies and cream and they told me they didn't have that either. I asked for vanilla and was told they didn't have it. I then asked what do you have. The young lady starts naming off stuff I've never heard of. I then asked for one scoop of cookies and cream in which she said that they didn't have that either. Then someone told her they did have the quart cookies and cream just not scoops. I got one scoop of chocolate (I didn't want) and 1 qt of cookies & cream. I drove from Round Rock about 20 minutes one way to be rushed because they trying to put up everything so I guess at 10pm they can just leave. Thus they didn't have anything out. They don't have to worry about me spending my money here anymore. Thanks but no thanks. read more

This location restored my faith in Baskin Robbins. I've been out of the ice cream loop for years, and the last few experience at Baskin's have left me cold with their dirty looking barrels of ice cream in rather unsanitary arrays. Not this one. Spic and span with friendly help. We came in to redeem a coupon we "won" as part of a silent auction bundle and had no problems. The only concern were the choices. ngl, im not trying to be that person, but that was probably the worst customer service experience i have ever had. the girl who came to work in pajama pants, a messy bun, and probably the shirt she sleeps in literally treated us like we were just some freaks that came in idk....... we literally didn't even say anything she just left in the middle of checking us out and cut RIGHT in front of us like we weren't even there when we first walked in. i hope u get fired and find a job u actually enjoy. it was all extremely dirty..... the ice cream was good though........ read more

Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful! My family loves coming in to get ice cream every weekend and will continue. Ran in here for a cake today. The girl behind the counter was adorable! The cakes were nicely decorated and she even offered to write on my cake for two. $10.00 for the boy's birthday cake isn't bad at all. I'm not really a "chain" type person but this was a special request. I'll probably be going to Amy's for my own Ice Cream splurges but BR has deals on cones on Tuesdays, looks like a great budget friendly outing if you have kids. read more

Shane--who, need I remind you, is an Austin icon, a man whose culinary preferences are practically carved into the walls of Barton Springs--was forced to confront this fraudulent pastry. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.
