When I didn't receive a delivery confirmation--and hadn't heard from the family--I assumed it hadn't arrived. I called the store the next day, and although they confirmed it had already been delivered, they kindly sent out another arrangement just to be safe. Long story short, the family ended up receiving two deliveries. When I called to apologize and offer to pay for the second one, the team was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it. We were celebrating Mom's 90th birthday at her adult day care center in Austin and the EA staff did an amazing job with the party arrangement. I have used edible arrangements for over 15 years and this location does not represent their stellar service and product. I placed an order days in advance and on the day the order was to be delivered It was still had not arrived by 6:30 PM (the tracking tool said it was out for delivery at 11 AM j. This location closes at 7pm. I actually spoke to the owner right before closing and he was obnoxious and rude. I told him to cancel my order as I was very disappointed. He refused to accommodate my request and he hung up on me. The order was delivered at 8:30 PM. This was unfortunate because it was for my son's birthday, and he was leaving the next day to travel. read more

UPDATE. They finally delivered the gift. It's 8:23 pm and the Edible driver just called my husband to let him know he's on his way. They were able to make the arrangement which was ready for pick up at 3:30P Saturday. I greatly appreciated the accommodation. This may be the worst franchisee I have ever dealt with. We ordered $100 arrangement for our son's teacher. I was super underwhelmed when I picked it up and asked the store owner why it was so small. He blamed corporate marketing online and said that the pictures online were wrong. They omitted grapes and oranges from the arrangement and when I pointed that out he said he would add them because they now had them. Somehow they appeared in the 4 minutes I was there. I told them never mind and I wanted to cancel the order and refund. He was visibly upset that I was not happy with their effort to cheat me. He said he submitted a refund request and that it was up to corporate to refund. A few weeks later still no refund so we call corporate. They told us the franchisee refused the refund and said arrangement was taken. There are better gifts out there that stand by their product. Stay away from these guys. read more

As of today, 6/1/23 at 6:20pm that order has not been delivered and has been "out for delivery" since 2:39pm. I've called many times to find out why it has not been delivered but no one ever answers the phone, all you get is an annoying automated message. At this point I doubt it will be delivered. I have not personally eaten here. I ordered an arrangement for my friend's birthday and arranged to have it pickup. She said the arrangement was beautiful and delicious. I wish they would say how many people it feeds. I ordered the large and she said it was perfect. Three days later they were still eating it. Lastly, over the phone customer service did not seem as friendly. I live out of state and called multiple times with questions about products and delivery. I ordered a small plate of chocolate dipped strawberries for my girlfriend it was $55 for the small lol. It somehow took them a half and hour to get it ready and I'm not angry if it was a nice plate with items that took effort to make. Out of the 6 strawberries I was given only 3 were dipped in chocolate the plate also came with pineapple, grapes and chocolate dipped apples. I have no idea how they justify a $55 price on 8 bucks worth of items. Also when I arrived at 12pm middle of the day the door was locked and I had to call to get the worker to open it. Only 3 chocolate strawberries out of the 6 total is absolutely ridiculous if that's how it's supposed to be plated. I really hope the employee was just not paying attention and just didn't care. But $55 for absolutely low standard "edible arrangements". Honestly just make your own dessert fruit at home. It'll be 80% less of a cost and be 100% better. One step above a scam read more

I called here the morning of an annual party I host. I decided a typical fruit tray wouldn't cut it. I was apprehensive that it would be pricey but was pleasantly surprised. Though the delivery time was requested to be as late as it could have been, they still came early and drop off was missed, but no worries, we re-scheduled. Working with the young lady at customer service (after hours National location) she highlighted that we would be placed on the next day priority in a window of convenience for delivery. With much consultation, we came to an agreeable time and arrangements were set. I ordered a cake and 3 balloons that said Happy Anniversary for my husband's 30 year work Anniversary. (and I ordered the Red Heart Happy Anniversary balloons...there was also another choice of 3 regular balloons that said Happy Anniversary, but I did not want those so I chose the Red Heart ones)...Anyhow, when I went to the shop to pick them up, to my surprise, they had the regular balloons, and I told them, I chose the other ones, but the lady told me that she saw that too, that I had chose the red ones, but then she read the card I wrote to my husband and since it mentioned a 'work anniversary' she decided to change the balloons because she thought they went better with it, however she never told this to me or asked me prior to this...and she acted like it would be really difficult to change it to the red ones, and I was in a hurry on my lunch break so I just said fine, I'll take those, but I was not happy at all that she went ahead and made a decision on her own to change them without even consulting me because that's not what I wanted or ordered...I love my husband and wanted him to have the Red Heart balloons, which is what I paid for...From this experience, I am very frustrated. read more

Terrible customer service. The woman working the counter Amy, I believe was the manager was very rude acted like it was a bother to come into the store for an order. She tried to offer me a box of strawberries the last one sitting in her case that look old. She remarked why I didn't order online. I had to ask her if it was okay to order and come back. I let her know I could come back later and pick it up as I did 45 min later. She ran out of 12 count size boxes and only had the upgraded gift boxes, She put my gift order into two separate boxes instead of giving me the upgraded box. I told her it was a gift and all she had to say is sorry those cost more money. Not the customers fault she ran out of boxes. Even when I told her I didn't want it packaged separately she refused to do the right thing. I had prepaid for this order and she did not inform me she was out of boxes if she had I may have upgraded to a gift box. It wasn't until I came back and she handed me my order packed in two boxes that I was aware she had run out of boxes. I'm not even sure how much more the gift box was because it wasn't offered to me. Just a rude remark from Amy when I suggested she use a gift box, "Those cost more money she said." I wasn't about to rerun my card and start over. The simple solution was for Amy to have informed me or offered me the proper box. I won't be returning. read more
