I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Cake in a Box from Baskin-Robbins and paid $40 for it. What I received looked nothing like the advertised product. The cake was already in poor condition at the time of pickup--partially melted, poorly assembled, and messy overall. This wasn't just a small difference from the pictures. The quality was unacceptable, especially for the price. I took these photos immediately after pickup, and you can also see the inside after cutting it. The structure and layers were clearly not properly made. This experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the price at all read more

First visit to baskin robbins. I ordered a warm brownie sundae with jamoca almond fudge. It was a basic sundae I could get anywhere. Not a bad thing, I just thought I would be blown away. Customer service was decent, and the seating area was clean. read more

The ladies were nice! The cake was decent! My kid was happy that's all that matters, I appreciate good service.

Customer service sucked. We wanted a cup of ice cream with 2 scoops but different flavors. For whatever reason she didn't understand so instead we ended up with 2 single cups. We had to ask for a bag as we got our order to go. There were 2 little boys in there. Not sure if they were hers or not but she immediately went to working a milk shake for them. read more

The owner of this store used to own the Mansfield location. I'm super happy I found her. This store carries the lemon custard ice cream. It's hard to find. They it and thank me later. My granddaughter always wants an ice cream cake for her birthday. They do a really good job on the cakes here. My granddaughter loved it! So did the rest of us. read more

I'm admittedly not a big ice cream lover, I prefer savory to sweet and if I do have dessert, I like something served hot. Like a piece of pie or a hot cookie or brownie.... Okay back to the ice cream. Sometimes I DO crave it, and Baskin-Robbins has always been there for me since I was a babe! I'll always be loyal to their mint chocolate chip with a pink spoon. I've also been known to order daiquiri ice, pralines and cream, or plain chocolate chip. I'm not too adventurous! This Baskin Robbins has polite, speedy service and the inside is always clean. Some ice cream shops are super sticky, so I appreciate one that's wiped down! Baskin-Robbins does delivery and take out orders. We like to get a couple pints that'll last in the freezer for awhile. read more

Wish i would have read the cake reviews before ordering. Ordered a cake from here and it was ugly. Tasted okay (ice cream was good and as expected) but it looked nothing like the picture, didn't perfectly match the cake description and the writing was sloppy and lopsided. I ordered a valentines cake and instead got a colorful, non cohesive cake. this location has really gone downhill in the past couple years read more

I ordered a small cappuccino blast I was charged for a small milk shake. When I asked about the price and why I was being charged for the milk shake I was told the promotion had ended. Went here the other day. Short of not having all 31 flavors. They only had a few to pick from. Service was slow, order was incorrect and when i brought this to thier attention they thought i was trying to steeal an ice cream from them when it was clearly paid for on the receipt. Other than this theres not many options in this town. read more

We have come here a few times in the past few months due to T-Mobile Tuesdays app giving us $2, or $3 to spend here and who could pass up a cup or cone of ice cream? I went to this location to purchase an ice cream cake for my girlfriends birthday and this is what they gave me. Please see picture of the substandard decorating, it looks like someone is just learning how to decorate a cake! I was embarrassed to get this cake to my girlfriend! This was the second time they couldn't find my cake. The cake wasn't boxed and they didn't decorated like I asked them to! This place is horrible!!! Don't go to this location to have your cakes decorated! They don't know what the flip there doing! This location lost my business forever! The containers holding the ice cream had black mold on it. Very visible. I was shocked to see this.

on 6/18/2024 at 3:25pm, i went in for a afternoon sweet treat but didn't get it! i went inside & waited for 10 minutes for an employee to come and assist me. some girl was on facetime the entire time in the front of the store. we made eye contact several times but never asked me if i was ready to order. i asked when can i order but she simply ignored me. worst location i've ever been to. read more

This was my first and last time ordering a cake from them. I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday. When I picked up the cake and decided to open the box to check the cake, it had somebody else's name written on the cake and the writing was horrible. The sides were all scrapped. Baskin-Robbins staff, please make sure you guys match the receipt with the cake, before putting them in the box. Almost $50.00 cake and this is what I get. read more

The store stinks like an outhouse and prices are 4x higher than the store in grand prairie Texas

When I asked for a sample I was denied and the reason I was given was due to the corona virus. I asked how that had any relevance to giving samples and the employee stated she didn't know but she was told no samples by her manager and she could get him on the phone. The manager then got on the phone and was very defensive and argumentative because I asked for an explanation on why I could get ice cream dipped out with a reusable scoop but not a sample from a disposable spoon if the virus was actual a factor. He stated he got an email from corporate stating it was too much hand to hand contact and I asked why isn't it posted if that was the case so he stated he hasn't been in and he wasn't going to argue with me. The store is already filthy and has multiple hand written signs so I don't see why they can't write that out too. We wanted to try a new flavor but it won't be the case because we will not be coming back to this location read more

I ordered a quart of ice cream, the guy says "we are out of quart containers, would you like pints?". I say "if it's the same price then no worries". I get home open them up and find them full. No bueno. I call and get "would you like to come back up here so we can fill them up?" . "um... No". I went back the next day and the real manager apologized and made things right. 4 stars for doing the right thing. - 1 for the suggestion of me driving back "to fill them up". I should have looked at previous reviews about this location. I had the Tmobile Tuesday $2 off for baskins robin's ice cream. I was looking forward to a nice deal on a simple ice cream cone. Once I ordered my plain waffle cone with 2 scoops, I mentioned I had the tmobile Tuesday special. That's when the cashier started to push a whole bunch of buttons...my simple ice cream cone came out to be $6.49?! With the discount of course it probably came out to be what it's normally charged here. I didn't want to argue, so I asked for a receipt to inspect myself...but coincidently they didn't have the right receipt paper to print out for me. Plus there was no indication as to how much a simple waffle cone would cost that I could see on their pricing menu. Again, I didn't want to argue...there was already a line forming. So I left...and then after a few bites I realized...the waffle cone was stale. I recommend new management, because for one I am obviously not the only one who has been dissatisfied. read more

Cashier overcharged us without a warning and she was so slow. Their cakes are all cake and no ice cream.

Worst baskin Robbins ever. I just ordered a cake from here. It was the same cake that I had gotten for my dad last year. The one I picked up at the baskin Robbins in Keller looked great and was $10 cheaper than this monstrosity. I ordered red and blue, instead I got a pink and blue cake that was for a boys party. I guess paying $52 for a 9" cake doesn't get you a decent cake anymore. They didn't even put on the sprinkles that come with it read more

This place does not deserves a single star . They gave me an ice cream cone that was already melting. The waffle cone was falling apart as soon as they gave it to me . The cappuccino drink was the worst part . It wasn't blended well . Super bad experience . For the single ice cream cone and a small cappuccino blast was soo not worth my 10 dollars . Totally do not recommend this place . read more
