They kept it 6 weeks, worse when I got it back than when taken in. (They were an authorized repair center for the company making the machine.) Wonderful young man @ Capo Beach rapidly tested, diagnosed and suggested ways to resolve the issue..........all while the machine was in my pickup AND did not charge for his evaluation! The epitome of good service. Would highly recommend this shop for service and competence of the highest order. I got two scoops, Rocky Road and pecan, both were delicious. They got really cool wooden Picnic tables too. On hot days especially, this place will be extremely popular. The owner is extremely cool. He mentioned that he's bringing back the Doheny Paddle Fest this summer too. He has a passion for thrifty ice cream, paddle boards, the community, Dana point, he's been in business for decades, I remember coming here as a teen. Additionally, The employees were all chill. At the moment, this is the only place that I know of that serves thrifty ice cream here in Orange County. So I was willing to pay a lot. - but didn't have to because all the prices were great. Not worthy, they did everything correctly, such as using the special thrifty brand scooper, wearing gloves, they had all the right cones. Multiple flavors too. It was all perfectly done. We Plan on coming back here Real soon with more family members and friends! (additionally I met some really nice people that were enjoying the thrifty ice cream because it's so retro, and the place is so inviting that it's a great place to make new friends.)

The Bird longboard, a Wild Bill mid length, and a Fartknocker SBD short board/groveler. Former Pro surfer Jeff Kramer went above and beyond figuring out the right boards for me at my age, level of physical fitness, and surfing skill ability. And, Eric the store owner, Jacob "Jack of all trades " were also extremely helpful. Jacob even helped me customize and install surfboard carrier racks on my e-Bike. Unbelievable!! 6.27.2025 The stoke continues!! I have now bought a total of 5 brand new boards from Stewart and love them so much! I've bought other popular trending brands of boards and they did not compare to Stewart. I sold them, ha ha, and bought these two new ones: The Bird 9'4 Longboard. Insane! Surfs and turns like a shortboard. So fun! Next step, learn to nose ride it. And not even officially released yet, the new Hydro Hull Fish. So sick! Feels so good under my feet, like a skateboard, fast, controlled, tight on rail. Thanks Eric for personally shaping it and the beautiful custom art.
