Dr. Miller was very attentive and helped relieve my husband's eye pain. We highly recommend her.

Miller was through, attentive and caring, my experience in the Bay Area was just the opposite.

Dr. Yost is worth following. I was seeing him at the former partner location in Tigard (as…read moreBeaverton is a bit farther for me,) but I was SO happy to learn that he was staying with the practice so I am glad to go to Beaverton. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his examinations. He doesn't skip anything, he makes sure the patient is comfortable and that you truly understand everything he's telling you. I did splurge on new glasses since I got just "computer" glasses for work and my progressive lenses weren't working for my job as I stare directly AT a computer screen for 8 hours everyday. Truthfully though, the service here is better than a chain. You get doctors who CARE and know what they're doing. HIGHLY recommend it. Also - what other vision place do you know that has a piano?

Another reviewer posted an update in November to their reviewer which I could not agree more with…read more My last two visits sealed it and I switched places. The customer service is now shockingly poor. Just getting the initial appointment seemed ridiculous while the person scheduling me seemed to be rolling her eyes when I had the nerve to be questioning what their latest and earliest appointments are. They are close to my house but I work close to Hillsboro which can be tricky to get to or from sometimes. Saturday appointments are not available and even regular appointments are booked out for weeks - perhaps they are so busy that they just don't care? I genuinely do not drive around during the day. I also was not aware they have half of Beaverton under construction so I was running late by about 10 minutes. The entire lobby was full of people and the person at the front had a conversation with the eye person who I think my appointment was with.... the eye person glared weirdly at me. Was it my cane? I was super confused and trying to get to the counter around all the people storming their counter. The person at the counter had wandered away, then over five minutes later they come back finally to say I was now over 15 minutes past my appointment so he would have to reschedule me? I get it if I actually was THAT late and seriously, making the appointment the first time with a person talking down to me was already challenging weeks before but this just seemed like they overbooked and were finding an excuse to just get rid of me. Thanks, got the memo. Oh, look...here's another place my insurance recommends down the road with available appointments today. Bye...

This was exactly the type of eye care experience I've been looking for! From the moment I walked…read morein, everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and easy-going. The process was quick, and I felt valued the entire time! Dr. Cook was professional, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I loved how she explained what was coming next in the exam, what it tests for, and even told me how I did as we went along. My least favorite part of any eye appt- picking out glasses. 1- because I feel like I can't make up my mind, and 2, because I feel awkward going back and forth between a few and just feel like I'd love someone's opinion to help me eliminate them faster (and usually, everyone is busy helping someone else). But not here! Holly was amazing and offered right off the bat if I wanted to have her grab some diff frames for me to try and asked if I wanted her help picking along the way (100%!! This is all I ever want)! Then, helped me quickly eliminate from there. I never felt pressured to go for a spendy brand, it was all about what would work best for me and my preferences, and she did a really quick and efficient way of eliminating down to a few. I felt like I got her honest opinion, and I tended to agree with what she was saying. When I struggled between two, she helped me easily pick from there, and made this a really positive experience. Plus, they had a bunch of very cute options. More so than I've seen elsewhere! I also really liked that everyone had name tags. Not something I thought I would care about, but it just felt more personable, especially during COVID. It also seemed like everyone who worked there got along great with each other. Like it was a very harmonious work environment. I would *highly* recommend coming here. You will leave feeling more knowledgeable, efficient, and like you made a positive difference for your future self. P.s- I know some people don't want someone to help them choose their glasses along the way, but the way I was asked was casual and genuine. I felt like if it wasn't something I wanted help with, I could have easily said no and I would have still had a great experience. Thank you to the team at Murrayhill Eye Care for a great experience! I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

Third: Oakley glasses had a issue with the ear sleeves wearing out. I called and asked if I can buy parts needed. A guy answered and said sir your parts are all under warranty.
