If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???

I just purchased a full size mattress from them. All these experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. I find they carry quality products at extremely reasonable prices. The sales people are always very helpful and friendly, not stupid and condescending as in so many other shops. The products are always beyond expectation in quality and craftsmanship, supplied from many different companies. They delivered my mattress free of charge in Lompoc, and removed the old mattress. There is a 3.75% recovery fee added on to credit card purchases, which ended up being an extra $6.75 (on top of my $163 purchase plus the local tax of 7.75%). I do wish the credit card fee was made more clear up front, or possibly waived over a certain purchase amount. There may have been a sign and I just missed it. Also, as stated on the receipt, *all* sales are final (not just the sale section).
