This Marshalls is amazing. The store itself is clean and everything is well organized without being overly cluttered. Employees are all over the floor, stocking, organizing, and monitoring. All employees I have encountered on several different trips have been very kind, friendly and helpful. It's Marshalls, so there's always great value. Not only your prices discounted when things go on clearance their discounted even more. This is definitely a go to stop for me to buy clothes for leisure activities as well as clothes for work. Never would I have thought to come out to the Marshalls in Lompoc, but I am so happy that I have. The quality and cleanliness of this marshals has remained top, notch, and consistent with every visit I have here. I will definitely be back again and again. read more

I just happen to like Marshalls. I can find some kind of unique gift serve especially through the holidays for Christmas without spending a lot of money. It just seems like whenever I go there I can find something that I can use or whatever to stick things back and bring them out later when I need a gift and for myself, I usually buy tennis shoes there just cause it works. read more

Not much out here at all in terms of shopping, this would be the highlight when it comes to clothing and decor in Lompoc. The store is large and well stocked, plenty of clearance items. The line at check out can be long,but the staff was friendly. Plenty of easy parking and great deals to be found. read more

I will never recommend anyone to shop here. Returned some curtains which weren't put back together but were folded and was told by Kathy C the "manager" "wow you couldn't put them back together for me?" Last I checked SHE worked there not me. How rude could she possibly be? Will never shop here again due to the disgusting service provided by Kathy. read more

This Marshalls is always neat, clean and well stocked. I absolutely love this store and all the employees are so nice and very helpful. They get new items so frequently that I find myself drawn to this store just to see what's new that day. I will NOT be shopping here anymore. There is an older white lady with gray hair, on the thicker side, and wears glasses who is racist. I went in shopping for work clothes and found 5 shirts I wanted to try on. I went to try them on and was in the dressing room with another woman(also white), we were the only women in the dressing room. The Marshalls employee comes in and is knocking on my door and asks, "are you doing okay in there?". I respond, "Yes, I'm okay", and she continues to ask me, "Are you sure?", which I respond, "Yes, I'm fine". She says, "okay well I'm just making sure". She did not knock once on the other woman's door. Didn't say not one word to the other woman and we were in there for the same time. I come out of the dressing room right after cause I'm thinking to myself dang this lady must have me timed or something. When I come out she says, " Did you like any of them?" And I say, "Yes, I liked 2 of them". She responds with, "Okay well can I see all the shirts so I can make sure that they all still have their tags on them?". I was completely taken back from what she said. What? You want to make sure they all STILL have their tags? I handed her the shirts, she checked and handed me back the 2 that I liked and was like, "Oh they do, you did a good job". WHAT? I did a good job!? I grab the shirts back from her and while I'm walking away I turn, look at her and say, " I wasn't going to steal any of these shirts", and proceeded to walk away. As I'm walking away she's mumbling stuff and I turn back around and say, "Are you serious?", I hang the shirts back up and also say, "I will not be buying anything from this store". I left. I was so confused, upset, and honestly disappointed. I've shopped here so many times. I've see this lady so many times. I'm literally a manager at a store in the same shopping center! She didn't say anything to the other girl, she talked to me as if I don't know how to act. Why? Cause I'm Hispanic? Cause I have tattoos? I still have my name tag on and my lanyard with keys to MY STORE 2 DOORS DOWN! Do better Marshall's. Your customer service is horrible. The very small customer service you actually do cause it's not like it's actually important to you guys. I know. I used to work in that place. read more

Favorite store to shop in!! Very clean!! We are lucky to have a Marshalls in Lompoc!!

I can usually find good items here. The staff is always friendly. It's not messy so it's easy to shop.

You really have to scour the racks to find anything good at this relatively tiny location, but at least it's here. The staff seems to be trying their best. But I guess I'm spoiled from having really big stores in the LA area or the large multistory Marshall's in Santa Barbara. 3 stars isn't a bad thing, but it's that I would almost rather wait to shop at the Marshalls in Santa Barbara because the selection is amazing there. I've gotten lucky at this location a few times when they had a product I really wanted, or a sweater I liked. But most times I leave without making a purchase. If you like TJ Maxx, you have to go up to Santa Maria. And there is no Home Goods nearby. It's either Oxnard or San Luis Obispo for that. read more
