Your tone made me felt that I shouldn't check what is my order status after 30mins wait. We came in around 9:30am Saturday and ordered traditional breakfast with French toast. Waited over 30mins, the later customers all got their dishes and next table finished theirs. When the waitress was checking with kitchen for us, a lady with black shirt came and said: "it normal wait for 30mins and you are 25mins now, still five mins to go". I am a bigger supporter of local small business, but I would appreciate if they can let me know when we arrived that waiting is 30mins after ordered.
