They never tried to "hard sell" me and ensured that I had enough security features to feel safe but not go overboard. They have a presence on Facebook and keep their followers informed not only of things happening within the company but also of security and safety related concerns. They have lots of payment options, including auto withdrawal, and the fee is quite reasonable in my opinion. In addition to them providing excellent service it was nice to work with a local business.
