It intertwined with another white pine in my neighbor's yard. They separated the two with very minor limb breakage to my neighbor's tree. The second tree was smaller by still pretty substantial. It was already dying, so probably a little lighter than a healthy tree. They lifted that tree off in one piece. They had both trees cut down and chopped up, with final cleanup in about two hours.

The workman showed up the next day and while I was still sleeping, cut my tree down, leaving a 6-7-foot stump. The workmen ignored me after that and didn't clean up afterwards. Also, my car was in my driveway not far from the tree. The work was done on Wed, Sept. 25. On Sept. 27, she called to tell me she was coming over to pick up the check for taking down my tree. Still, nothing has been done to clean up afterwards, but she was standing there with her hand out waiting for the check. DO NOT use this company. They have no respect for a customer's property or wishes and cannot be trusted to say what they mean.

The project…read morewas to: "Grade area to shed water" in horse paddock, and "install new screenings, wet and tamp screenings until compacted" in horse run-in sheds so horses have solid base. Payment was made in full on day of completion as Zach Meyer promised that if there were any issues that he would "make it right". Things looked OK initially, but a few days after work was completed, the flooring in the sheds was total dust... either the compaction was not properly done or the material was not correct. Horses were in a dust bowl. Notified Zach Mayer and he came out within a few days. He said he would add more material and redo, but that I would need to pay an additional fee. As I knew that adding more dust was not the answer and didn't want to invest more money, I asked that he remove the material in the sheds and refund my money. He agreed to remove the material, but a few days later said he would not, and sent an email stating, "I am not bringing my equipment back out to your property and I will not negotiate, discuss or comment on this matter beyond this email." He said he would mail a partial refund within the next 10 business days. This partial refund check was not received until 22 days later. The work that he did to regrade the horse paddock also did not work as was promised and we still have standing water when it rains. Very unfair to take advantage of a customer like he did. I would stay away from Meyer Property Maintenance as I do not believe that he knows what he is doing and is not a man of his word.
