I worked with John Pagano to assess three trees in my yard in Rowayton. He was not pushy whatsoever and always responsive to my emails and calls. I decided to remove two of the trees and prune the third as it was a great tree! Scheduling was easy and John and his team showed up early to get the work done. They were efficient and respected our property. To remove the two trees and prune/cable the third took less than a day. It was truly impressive. I chose Bartlett Tree Removal because we wanted to have an insured company do the work and our friend who is an arborist recommended John. I'm glad we did, they were easy to work with, did the work quick, and charged us a fair price for the service. We had an emergency situation in which a large limb had snapped off of our tree following a storm and was precariously balanced on a lower branch overhanging our neighbor's garage. We called Bartlett and they arrived within 30 minutes and sent a crew that afternoon. James expedited the work and the limb was removed with a skill and grace that was amazing to watch! We use Bartlett in Scottsdale Arizona and in Isle of Palms SC. I am extremely pleased with their service. These are two very different environments and their service is tailored for each location. Just this morning Chris Howell, in Arizona, came by to check the trees in my yard and spray the fruit trees. He manages the office, sets the protocol for care, but still finds time to come by and do some of the treatments himself. Todd Nederostek in SC called to asked if the Crepe Myrtles were cut enough for us. When I said I would have liked to have them cut more, he said no worry, he had his guys cut them again the same week. Can't ask for better service. Stamford, CT is the billing address for the service I use in Lexington, MA. They used to be Matthew Foti Tree Service, which I used because Matt's mother lives across the street from me. Matt built his business from scratch into a very successful company which he apparently sold to Bartlett. They are truly experts. Every technician who comes solves every problem and answers every question. Their spray for winter moths is harmless to animals and humans, but reaches to the top of our 80 foot tall oaks, etc. They solved my birch tree getting killed by some sort of borer. After two years of a three-year treatment, it is now healthy. Also solved problems I was having with two flowering trees. They have pruned dead or dying branches back.
