They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and make sure my husband was comfortable. The pre-op rooms are nice and clean with recliner chairs (instead of hospital beds) which was a nice touch. They even give you warm blankets while you wait for the doctor. We've had such amazing customer service from the front desk staff, to the nurses to the doctors. I would highly recommended this place!

I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.

Dr. Hur took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and the best part was that he explained I didn't need jaw surgery at all--he could correct everything with implants. That alone was a huge relief. Dr. Hur and his entire staff walked me through every step of the process. On the day of surgery, they once again made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Hur personally went out to the waiting room, sat down with my wife, and explained everything in detail. He never rushed and truly took his time, which meant a lot to us. The next day, he even reached out to check on how I was doing. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me not to hesitate to reach out with any questions. About a week later, the antibiotics started to get to me, which I expected. I sent him a text during normal business hours thinking I'd hear back later--but he called me almost immediately. Worse part is that during the surgery for my left toe Dr. Riya Vyas only performed the surgery on one side and forgot to do it on the other side, and forgot to prescribe antibiotics after surgeries, that caused me infections, fever and pain that I had to go to urgent care by myself. When I reach out to her and told her about everything, she never even said a word of sorrow, and she push all the blame on me - claiming I required to only do 50% of the surgery during the process. I never required such thing and why would I? Just use common sense, it's not that deep. So far I never received any apologies, no sympathy, her clinic was basically just protecting her and never showed me any sorrow. Walk into this clinic with your own risk, it's only "nice and friendly" when things goes well. You better hope you never get into any medical malpractice, otherwise they will just tell you "you asked for it" with cold tone.
