Just update the app to give accurate information - if I would have known it would take over an hour would have made an appt for tomorrow. Got here at 11:40 it's 1:47 just had a PA walk in to see my son. She's great but such a long wait!!

I felt as though the doctor wanted come to diagnosis hand out the medicine and walk away. The doctor plainly stated he was a scientist and I told the doctor I was a man of God like I said in my other review, I'm not an experiment and I will never go back there again to be treated like a child thinking that I don't understand how simple medicine works, and how colds and flus and strep throat are easy to detect were not the condition that they were suffering from. I would recommend that if you love your children and yourself go to someplace that will actually treat you. This place is just a big cash grab and has been for a really long time when Covid hit. Oh, that was their money their money maker. I can't wait to give you the test results Dr. Shekhar however you spell that I could care less but I'm gonna get the test and the psych evaluation done somewhere else so stop asking me to do it because you wanna try to prove me wrong. I can't wait to see these buildings crumble.....Eric Johnson-aka Holy Ghost/Eternal Ruler Loving Father and Son. May the Lord's light shine upon DuPage medical group Naperville. by the way, they've kept my family in debt for the last five years because they wouldn't work a deal out with us. They had to have every last cent of what we owed them. I think they gave us like 15-20% off of the original bill what a bunch of greedy people. They weren't totally to blame my employer Flagship never put my son on the policy and stuck us with $10,000 worth of extra bills to pay for his birth even though I was paying on a family plan they never added my son to the insurance. This place did nothing except for make it worse and enslave us in a payment plan for the next 10 years.. I hope this place goes out of business. If you believe in God, this ain't the place to go cause they don't. all the good doctors left a long time ago and I'll bet you they'll vouch for it cause Dr Nikolai was a good man and so was Jentel was a good man. I don't know how to spell their names either. It's never good that shit.

Having a Urinary Tract Infection only reinforced my 'There is no God' sentiments. Or at least, if…read morethere is a God, He/She/It certainly doesn't care about me and my poor urethra... Thank God, nay, Thank Goodness for Walgreens Take Care Clinic, Doc Jenny, and my girl Laura W for her life and wallet saving suggestion. Let me start off by saying that I have no health insurance and before today I was fully behind Socialism for the healthcare benefits. 24 hours ago I felt the onset of my very first UTI and today I contemplated cutting out my urethra with a shard of glass. ...Enter Laura W. and her genius suggestion of going to the Walgreens Take Care Clinic. For $75 you're able to get top notch treatment and prescription meds (at whatever the med prices are) on the spot. Be warned that waiting times at the clinic may remind you of that scene in Beetlejuice where he's in the waiting room with #9,998,383,750,000 and the office is calling on #3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuhLtH_Jg1U&feature=related) but rest assured you'll be in good hands when they do finally get to you. Dr. Jenny was amazing. Super friendly and not at all one of those curmudgeon medical folks. As soon as the letters U.T.I. slipped out of my mouth she put me on th fast track to getting treated. She wasted no time and had a sense of humor to boot... extra points for her saying the words "poo hole" to which I absolutely could not stop laughing and instantly felt better. Turns out- Patch Adams was right, humor is the best medicine... well that and a hefty subscription of bacteria eliminating medicine. I should also mention that Dr. Jenny took into account my non-insurance lifestyle and budget every step of the way and worked her magic to ensure that I paid the least amount possible for my visit, diagnosis, and prescription. Thanks to Laura W, Doc Jenny, and Walgreens' low costs I no longer have to contemplate faking my own death to escape insane and medical costs.

We have had good experiences at this hospital 3 times. First was when my father in law was there…read more He had been to multiple doctors and hospitals and finally after a fall and visit there he was diagnosed with Parkinsons dementia. He had some atypical symptoms but they helped to get the appropriate diagnosis and helped us get him into hospice which gave him even more services that he needed for free. Next my husband was taken there after a fall and they got plastic surgeon to stitch up his eye lid which was cut all the way through. It healed well and years later he has no visible scar. Recently my husband who is now in his 70s woke up and was so dizzy nauseated and in pain we called the rescue squad. They wanted to take him to Bolingbrook hospital but my father in law had been there and they were no help so we requested Rush Copley even though it was a little further. He had a good experience, with a thorough work up for everything and they scanned his head and whole torso.. Thankfully it was just symptoms from a combo of a sinus thing and intestinal inflammation. They gave him some meds to get him stable. Sent him home with some meds and gave him referrals. The hospital was busy but they got him into quickly and I think we were out of there before lunch time. Very caring staff, doctors etc. The only issue I had was that I was not able to go with him and when I called to get info on his condition nobody called me back. I called twice and really just wanted to know how serious it was while I waited for my son to get here to drive me there. I'd say a couple hours. When we got there there was no explanation of why someone could not have called to let me know he was not dying. Since his care was good I did not mar down for that but it is something they should work on as when we arrived it did not seem like they were overly busy and someone could have relayed at least a general message about his condition. If we ever need to go again I will choose this hospital.

Another hour wait. Asked the last PA if I would be billed for the CT scan. Said it wasn't fair. Nurse agreed. She said to take it up with the legal department. Paid 1400.00 for a procedure I did not need. If you are dying, have your partner dump you on a different ER doorstep. This place is a shit hole. Close to my house and will never return.
