I've been seeing her for a year and a half, fir both annual physicals as well as a medical condition that was successfully treated. I consider her to be caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Very happy to have her as my primary care physician, there should be more doctors like her in the world. I'd suggest you take a look at some of the reviews on some other medically oriented sites, and you'll find that she has a very avid following. I'm not surprised, I think she's an excellent physician.

It was time for a new lady doctor, enter Dr. Cheng. My old doc just wasn't doing it for me and…read moreafter a little research I decided on Dr. Cheng. I am happy to report that Dr. Cheng is great. She is thorough, easy to talk to and no nonesense but not abrasive. I felt comfortable talking to her and appreciated that she took the time to sit with me and tell me a little about herself. I was also appreciative of the fact she sat and talked to me about my medical history vs. having the nurse do it. Though I think the office could use a little updating, I was quite pleased with my experience. The staff was pleasant and I enjoyed Dr. Cheng's personality. If you are looking for a new lady doctor, I suggest doing a little research on this little lady.

When I turned 18 and got the gynecologist talk from my primary care physician I had no where to go. I asked around and I got Dr. Cheng's name from basically everyone I asked because everyone in Downers Grove loves her. On my first visit she laughed with me when I had my little "ewww, you're checking out my vagina and this so awwwwwkward" moment. She explained everything to me. What more can you ask than a doctor who can sympathize? And in my experience, all the office and nursing staff are exceedingly friendly as well. I have had a few issues with scheduling, which is why I've knocked off one star. I usually make appointments as late as they will allow me to on their evening hour dates due to my schedule as a student. Every single freaking time they've called me and asked (but in a way where it's not a question) if I could come in earlier since there were no other patients in the evening. It's not a huge deal, and has actually worked out a few times, but in general, if I made a 530 pm appt., I generally need the 530 pm appt. Anyway, I'll just summarize by saying Dr. Cheng takes excellent care of my lady parts. I HIGHLY recommend her to any female in need of her services!

In 2003, I was laid up for 2 weeks at home with bronchitis. When I saw a new internist in 2008, he recommended that I see Dr. Jacobson, because of the numerous sinus infections I was continuing to experience. Since I saw Dr. Jacobson he had provided me with the right treatments that let me live a life without concern of asthma and allergies for over 15 years. It has been life changing for me. Under Dr. Jacobson's care I ran 13 marathons and rode my bike hundreds of miles each year. I never experienced any breathing problems. Dr. Jacobson's practice has a boutique feel to it. He takes whatever time is needed to provide a diagnosis and gives me all the time that I need to ask questions. He thinks outside the box, does whatever research is necessary, and develops innovative solutions to help me get well. He has a tremendous office staff that is very warm and welcoming when you come into his office. To me it feels like family. I feel that I have been provided the very best care. I have recommended Dr. Jacobson to other people numerous times. Peter Waldman

Dr. Jacobson gave me a ton of attention, he listened to all of my concerns, and with his help, my sinus infection is cleared up. Dr. Jacobson was able to have tele health visits with me that saved me from taking time off of work and he was genuinly interested in helping me. Sometimes, he would get backed up with other patients but he always made time to call me with updates on ct scans and lab work. He went above and beyond what I have come to expect from doctors. Even though I no longer have a sinus infection and as it turns out my allergies are minimal, I will continue to see him if I have any sinus issues.

I went and saw Dr. Schultz today for the first time since she made the switch to Northwestern…read more Here are a few reasons I think Dr. Schultz is fabulous: * I ran into a friend and mutual patient of Dr. Schultz. She had called first thing because of a painful ear ache and Dr. Schultz squeezed her in. Many of the doctors I've seen in the past would just tell you they were booked and send you off to immediate care. * There was some confusion as to whether her old office sent over my records as requested. I've always assumed that doctors cram before seeing a patient, reminding themselves what their health issues are and personal tidbits. Not Dr. Schultz, she's the real deal, she was fuzzy on a few minor things, but remembered the important stuff! * Northwestern has this system called Relay Health, she explained that I can get info electronically, communicate with the office, and schedule appointments through it. She also went through the security features of the site and told me what steps I could skip to make getting set up quicker. All of that combined with how nice and friendly she is makes Dr. Schultz one fabulous doc. And like others have said the people she's referred me to have always been top notch!

When I went there last week, they checked me and another girl in at the same time, let us into the office at the same time, and our waiting rooms were next to each other. Apparently we both had an 8am appointment with Dr. Schultz, and for some reason she decided to see the other girl first. So it was me, by myself, waiting in the room next door, for about 25min. And I could clearly hear the girl talking with the doctor next door. I mean we all know people can't appear in two places at the same time, so why would you make two appointments at the same time available to patients? It's an inefficient use of my time and it's an inefficient use of the resources at the office.
