This is the worst doctor I ever see. It was 2 years ago I went to see him. I was 5 mins late for my…read morenext appointment and he refuse to see me. I don't think he is that good. I went there just for physical exam. I will never go again to see him and step in his office. These people don't have any clue what they are doing there. I am sure there are lot more other physicians out there who are wiling to take me as a new patience.

I have been seeing Dr. Weithman for yearssss now. I go to him bc I have since I was a teen and my…read morefamily goes to him. I am now 26 and a few years ago I was having a lot of problems. Bloating, feeling full after barely eating much, low energy, fatigue, insomnia, breakouts... i was a mess. And depressed because how I was feeling and looking. I consistently made a few appointments with him and every time I saw him and expressed my feelings greatly, he always would blame it on stress say I had IBS and said I needed to drink more water or add more fiber in my diet and exercise more...it was like he wasn't concerned or listening to me. Fiber made my stomach worse! I knew in my guttttt something was wrong with me. He ran blood tests throughout the years and nothing seemed wrong. Tests came back in normal range and he ordered me a colonoscopy that also came back normal. Extremely frustrated and exhausted, he made me feel crazy, like it was all in my head. Every time I went to see him. I left feeling defeated and wanting to cry. I then decided to go gluten and dairy free and felt great when i was very disciplined. He insisted I was not celiac and gluten intolerance doesnt really exist despite my health and feeling great. Just about two years ago though my health declined again. I wasnt as disciplined with my health as I was in the beginning but i was still relatively eating well. But this time symtoms came back with avengeance. Intenseeee af sugar cravings and salt cravings, huge bloating after barely eating much, craving water, breakouts worse than ever on my neck, jawline, back, and chest, 20lb weight gain specifically in my thighs and stomach and butt area, low energy, fatigue sleeping all the time, anxiety, depression, hair thinning and falling out, brittle nails, feeling full but stomach is starving, insomnia, and irregular or missed periods. First seeing him about this time around, he was very nonchalant as always. Seemed like he didnt want to EVER listen to my complaints like I was bothering him or making them up or wasting his time. He made me feel crazy. Once again, he blamed my symptoms on stress and IBS. I was upset. I knew something was wrong with me for the past two years. He seemed to never really hear me. Finally, a few months ago, I asked to change my primary doctor. I am so thankful I did so. We did about a dozen blood tests and my new primary doctor immediately made a show at the possible diagnosis. Said I could either be prediabetic or have PCOS. On my FIRST visit. My blood tests all came out relatively normal but he LISTENED to me !!! My new doc listened to what I was saying. He wasnt nonchalant or speak to me in a monotone voice like I was wasting his time and delusional. I WAS ELATED ! Skeptical on his possible diagnosis but ELATED HAPPY! Since that appointment, I then proceeded to see docs and went to an endocrinologist, and dermatologist which they too, suspected PCOS despite my hormone blood tests coming back normal. Anyways, from here I had an vaginal ultrasound done with my OBGYN.... and low and behold the ultrasound diagnosed me with PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. My symptoms were textbook and coincidently, it is recommebded for women with PCOS to follow a gluten and dairy free diet which makes sense because when I was strict on this diet, I felt so much better 2 years ago. Long story short.... I would not not not not recommend dr don weithman to anyone. My mom sees him too and our next door neighbors used to see him and they have all said to me that they feel like he acts so nonchalant with their complaints as well.
