I Went to Dr. Ahmad to have filler removed that was placed by another Dr. After he injected Hyloronadaise full strength undiluted , which is the filler remover, I developed burning and redness in upper and lower eyelids then my eyebrows disconnected as well as my skin from the bone . All connective tissue is gone . I have no elasticity. My face now stretches and burns constantly . The 1 st photo is me before . As you can clearly see , I no longer look like myself . My outer corners of my eyes now burn red on and off 5 1/2 years now . The eyeball itself is grey now. I lost collagen in my eyes. They are red and bloodshot all the time . It's a living hell I'm going through . My bottom eyelid actually split open. He sent me a letter with stating me was no longer my dr and would not see me . I pray everyday I will be able to get fixed. The nightmare keeps me up at night. read more

Dr Ahmad's behavior was off-putting from the moment I walked in the door, and I should've trusted my gut and not returned after that first appointment. I recently had Ptosis and Cosmetic Blepharoplasty by Dr. Amjad Ahmad and can not sing his praises loud enough. He is an amazing perfectionist with great skill and compassion for his patients. The Ptosis was a challenge as my left eye was much different from my right eye. However, Dr. Ahmad has made them both symmetrical! And, the cosmetic part has taken 25 years off my face. I have to also share how he cares about his patients, checking on you and making sure you have everything you need prior to and after surgery. He makes sure you know everything from the beginning to the end. Truly an unbelievably professional, caring, talented and amazing surgeon. His staff are also kind and wonderful, they return your calls and order your prescriptions quickly and efficiently. Dr. Ahmad talked me into a ptosis surgery that I shouldn't have had. The surgery completely changed the shape of my eyes and made me look so much worse than before.  During a post-surgery visit, I gently raised my concern over the unsatisfactory results. He wasn't happy to hear that, rushed me out of his office, and indicated that he was done with me. For the past four years, I've been suffering every day carrying a pair of altered eyes that I feel ashamed of. On top of that, I have also been suffering from complications caused by the surgery. My eyelids can't completely close when I sleep. Every morning I wake up with dry eyes that irritate me. My young children once told me that they were so scared watching me sleeping with the white part of my eyes exposed! Dr. Ahmad is my worst nightmare! read more

Had blepharoplasty done by Dr Ahmad. After swelling was finally gone several months later, my eyes started to look terrible. They looked much smaller than before the surgery and also looked a lot older. I regretted miserably everyday until I got a correction done somewhere else. Dr. Ahmad completely ruined my eyes. I signed up with him for a fairly common cosmetic eyelid surgery after reading all the positive reviews. It turned out to be the biggest mistake in my life! My case was borderline needing a surgery for a cosmetic reason. During the consultation session, Dr. Ahmad strongly encouraged me (or lured me) to do it. At presugical visit, he told me that "you'd look great", just like how he told others. But then I realized he really didn't know what he was talking about or what he was doing! He left my eyes looking 20 years older with scars and asymmetrical problems. The "new" eyes completely ruined my look. The worst part was that instead of owning his mistake or failure, he went around in circles with me during my post operation visits to tell I was supposed to look like that and he did the right thing. I was extremely depressed and hated what I saw whenever I looked into the mirror. I started to hide myself from others as I didn't want people see my ruined look. Finally I found a different surgeon to correct the damages he caused. Unfortunately the other surgeon could only partially correct the damages as some were irreversible. The ones who gave positive reviews were obviously the lucky ones. But there are plenty of others whose eyes have been destroyed by Dr. Ahmad! Go find a different doctor if you don't want to risk your own eyes and life on him! read more

Dr. Ahmad did blepharoplasty on both of my eyes. My eyes looked ok in the first 5-6 months post-surgery. I was so impressed that the doctor could cut open my eyelids, remove some skin, and then sew the skin together. Plus he did create a pleasant environment during my visits. So I highly recommended him to others. Unfortunately, after the swollen finally subsided 6 months later, the ugly truth revealed... My eyes started to look terrible -- the eyelids became hooded, a problem I didn't have before; the shape of my eyes looked so unnatural that I even didn't want to take a glance at them; there was weird fat accumulating above the upper eyelids making my eyes look puffy all the time... I couldn't believe that after having spent thousands of dollars and gone through the lengthy and painful process, I ended up looking SO much older and worse than before! Great Surgeon! Very good bed side manner as well - he operated on my son after being hit with a baseball in his eye. He had multiple orbital fractures (blowout orbital fracture). He was in danger of having permanent double vision and Dr Ahmad made us feel safe with him. Our son is recovering wonderfully!
