It only took half the formula due to the raccoon having short spine syndrome, which was nice for the ole wallet. The raccoon got in a fight with a roving pack alley cats and unfortunately became rabid. Our compact raccoon friend became a rolling ball of terror once we decided to stop feeding him. As it was rolling toward my wife, biting and snarling, my wife tripped over an exposed tree root in our front yard and snapped her neck. She is now unfortunately paraplegic and confined to a wheelchair. Once the fleas moved up above her neckline, she couldn't bear the torment any longer. I contemplated buying her a flea collar, but her friends from the Red Hat Society would surely judge us. I suggested making her a collar with red and purple sequins but she was not on board. I finally relented and called Muskogee Orkin to come deal with the flea infestation. They were cordial, professional, had great communication, and even caught our pet raccoon, Kenny Rodgers. I was worried about the cost upfront, but was pleasantly surprised about the value they brought to our family! I highly recommend! A+ pest company!

The results reflect that: we have as many spiders now as when we started, if not more. The final straw came this month. After they offered a re-application, we scheduled an appointment and waited the entire day. We felt we needed to be here because the inside of the home needed application. When I texted in the late afternoon to confirm, I was told the tech was "running a little behind." They reconfirmed after 5 PM that someone was still coming. No one ever showed up, and we received no follow-up. Between the rushed treatments, the lack of results, and the no-show on a confirmed appointment, I can't recommend this service. On my call to cancel, their only concern was picking up their termite bait stations.

I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.
