Based on their evaluation, we would have to spend $700, and that was discounted $150 total. Had a second opinion and was told we didn't have any signs of bed bugs. Pest Solutions showed me one "egg" that she had crushed before she could show me - but I was standing 3 feet away so she could have just shown me. Also, online and the other exterminator states that bed bugs lay eggs in clusters so one lone egg seems questionable. In another room, she claimed a 5-year ink spot on a mattress was bed bug fecal matter. I had been all set to pay them on the spot to get it taken care of. The ink spot and egg made me question them and get a second opinion. So glad I did!
