They did not comply with their end of the contract (service was supposed to be once every two weeks but they were very inconsistent even going to nearly six weeks!). The problem was not resolved by them. Well I guess it doesn't matter if corporate says something because right after they assured me it would restart, Chad (the supposed manager- not at all professional!) decided to overrule corporate and just cancelled the contract. ** Important note- the spray used by the company was found on Amazon for less than $30! I timed a couple of the services and clocked the lady exterminator at a total of SEVEN MINUTES! After finishing she would go to the vehicle and sit to do paperwork. I ended up buying products myself (including the same spray as Terrible Terminex and was finally able to resolve the problem (to my knowledge at least). The company either hid my contract (never got a paper copy) or it was deleted. I am a 100% disabled veteran and really have difficulties with a lot of physical stuff so it was incredibly frustrating to have to continue dealing with it. I am going to have to sue them now because they are on my back to finish paying for a service which was not done per the contract. I'm not a litigious person but they are now messing with my credit report. I understand the problem is common in the south but I never expected to have "roommates" after I closed on the house. I'm becoming quite frustrated. Don't use this company (they may be better at routine pest control, I don't know). The organization is very disorganized. In short, after I posted my review, I got a response saying that it would be resolved. It truly never was. Disappointment is a gross understatement. If you read any of my other reviews, you will see that I am not a serial negative reviewer. Sometimes, you really need to get out there and speak the truth. Early the next day I received a call and email from Crystal Medellin letting me know that they "could probably discount the initial treatment to $99 (if they could schedule Me with one of the last minute openings they have when our truck is coming to your neighborhood, but that the treatment is normally between $199-$299) I agreed to the $99 initial treatment with the scheduling requirement and scheduled the work. The technician, Garrett, was polite and friendly. Unfortunately there was no call or text to let us know he was on his way. My wife works from home and his unexpected arrival caused chaos and lead to a less than ideal visit. Garrett was to do the initial treatment which was described by Crystal as a "whole home clean out (we flush out the walls where most pests are hiding /breeding and,... We also powerspray the outside which is the most important part of what we do. We need to get the yard sterilized which is where the bugs start." Garrett did walk around the house and remove a couple of wasp nests that had started on the eves and He did apply some treatment around the exterior of the house. On the interior Garrett spot treated with little rhyme or reason. A far cry from the initial treatment we were expecting. Since the initial treatment we have been added to the text notifications and electronic billing options, I think. They seem to be having technical issues with their website and app as well.
