It has taken some time to get all of the roaches out, as they apparently procreate quickly and leave behind eggs. The fact that we tried to get rid of them ourselves for several months (very ineffectively, I might add) allowed the roaches to grow by leaps and bounds. The first treatment by Guardian Angel made a HUGE difference, and every time they come out, there are fewer and fewer of them. We now see very few, so I feel sure we'll be completely clear of them in no time. Each of the Guardian Angel Professionals who have come to our home has been very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. When I texted in the late afternoon to confirm, I was told the tech was "running a little behind." They reconfirmed after 5 PM that someone was still coming. No one ever showed up, and we received no follow-up. Between the rushed treatments, the lack of results, and the no-show on a confirmed appointment, I can't recommend this service.
