Early the next day I received a call and email from Crystal Medellin letting me know that they "could probably discount the initial treatment to $99 (if they could schedule Me with one of the last minute openings they have when our truck is coming to your neighborhood, but that the treatment is normally between $199-$299) I agreed to the $99 initial treatment with the scheduling requirement and scheduled the work. The technician, Garrett, was polite and friendly. Unfortunately there was no call or text to let us know he was on his way. My wife works from home and his unexpected arrival caused chaos and lead to a less than ideal visit. Garrett was to do the initial treatment which was described by Crystal as a "whole home clean out (we flush out the walls where most pests are hiding /breeding and,... We also powerspray the outside which is the most important part of what we do. We need to get the yard sterilized which is where the bugs start." Garrett did walk around the house and remove a couple of wasp nests that had started on the eves and He did apply some treatment around the exterior of the house. On the interior Garrett spot treated with little rhyme or reason. A far cry from the initial treatment we were expecting. Since the initial treatment we have been added to the text notifications and electronic billing options, I think. They seem to be having technical issues with their website and app as well. We will see if the quarterly treatments are worth keeping Bulwark as our exterminator.

The Mother Nature's Pest Control technician came out today to inspect my Sentricon bait stations…read more They come out once per year to check the stations, or if I think I have a problem then they come out immediately. They do high quality work with a friendly attitude. They had to replace 2 of my bait stations because of termite activity, but that means the Sentricon system is doing its job. The termites chew on the bait, and it kills them before they start chewing on the wood on my house or shop. I have been with Mother Nature's Pest Control for 6 years now and have not had one instance of termite activity on my house or shop. Well worth the money! Think of it as termite insurance.
