Garrett serviced the inside and outside of our home yesterday and was very professional. He did a great job, was very personable and helpful. We are on a quarterly maintenance schedule, and Garrett is the best technician we have had service our home. read more

I am o. the quarterly maintenance plan. they have been doing my property for about a year now. I am not seeing any bugs coming into my home. The technicians are knowledgeable, and polite! Had a wonderful servicing from Michael M. Very thorough and informative, also so friendly! He took out the wasp nests and sprayed for mosquitoes and ants. Was very helpful in helping me keep my parrot safe through the process. And he even went the extra mile when I mentioned we're struggling with mice. read more

Michael May did an outstanding job on our service today. Very professional, and addressed all of our concerns.

Jessie Snyder just finished our service. Professional, courteous, competent. Good job!

Untrustworthy. They're never consistent and the pricing is not standard. As one employee stated, too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Quality communication is not a priority. read more

I f-----g canNOT stand their salespeople or sales tactics. They walk right past No Solicitation and No Trespassing signs and still ring door bells. If they catch you with the garage door open, be prepared for the most exaggerated hard sales tactics that door to door salespeople can spew. They are right up there with Vivint security systems salespeople. Did I cave and use Moxie once? Yes I did. A one yr contract, they came out 4 times. One time, they left my back yard gate wide open where my dogs could have escaped. I was livid! That was when I decided they didn't respect people's property to close gates they had opened. I canceled after my 1 yr contract was up. I don't answer my door anymore. If my garage is open and I see them coming. I postpone whatever project I was working on for another day. A$$hole$, the salespeople and the management that hire them. The whole lot needs a crotch infestation of fleas and crabs. read more

Garrett was very knowledgeable and took his time to do a thorough job, I'm very satisfied with the service today.

Definitely not a company I would not want to use. The sales people are running through yards at 8:30 to 9:00 at night, knocking on doors and ignoring the posted no soliciting signs. There is even a large clearly posted no soliciting sign at the entrance of our gated neighborhood. When asked if he was aware, this was a no soliciting neighborhood, he said yes sorry about that but anyway can I sell you some services? Reviewing the other, only validates their poor sales tactics. If this is the first contact with this company can only imagine what their services and sales tactics would be like. If I could get them a zero star, I would. read more

I am leaving this review to note that Moxie seems to be a great service. However, you truly need to have an in depth conversation about the animals you have on your property and how your life will be affected by it. A door to door salesman told me it was completely pet friendly and only mentioned that those with respiratory issues need to be vacant from the house for an hour or two after application. When the technician showed up, Garrett, we spoke more in depth and he informed me that it is not as simple as that. We had a great conversation and he gave multiple other options on how we could proceed while keeping the animals unharmed. He is the reason I'm writing this review to show that this place has great quality. I'm upset that the management/sales team did not share this information with me initially when I acquired the service, but I will give 4 stars due to the great technician that kept our reptiles safe and fully disclosed what would need to happen. Thank you Garrett! I will be cancelling my service due to this and looking for other options, but if you do not have these same restraints I would encourage you to seek this company out and request Garrett who was truly a breath of fresh air during this process. read more

The sales reps roll through the yards of my neighborhood annoying homeowners despite no solicitation signs. They are rude and inconsiderate.

ahhhhh, gen z brats selling their poisons being dropped off in neighborhoods to harass any homeowners that answers their doors, only to be greeted by a solicitor that does not listen to what you are saying and you will be inundated for at least a week 5-7 times a day of these gen-z brats that just will not go away. unless you get the upper hand and try to tell them what you have experienced from their company over the past 4 to 5 years and their company is lying to them and in turn they are lying to you and so they finally leave after you tell them to get the hell off your property..... read the bbb reviews and not the ones that are paid reviews because there is a difference. you can find a better way to run bus out than moxie pest control and a lot cheaper toooooooo . read more

Fast talking young man appeared my front porch with his Segway and apple tablet. He said he would pay for my first treatment with my 69.00 startup fee if I agreed to 3 more quarterly treatments scattering but killer around my home exterior and brushing my exterior for spiderweb and other bug evidence. I agreed to a total of 4 treatments and the last treatment was in January. Now they claim i agreed to more treatments and that if I don't allow them to continue that I owe them 180.00 for that first treatment that I was told was gratis from the young sales guy. These people are not honest! Don't use Moxie! High pressure and untruthful! read more

Michael May came out yesterday to do our quarterly inspection and treatment. He did a good job, documented all he did, and was very professional. read more

Had great service by Jessie today. she did an excellent job and ve friendly and helpfu.

I've used Moxie for 2 years and been very happy. The always come out in between services if I ask them to. My last service was performed by Dametrus who was very thorough, he took his time and asked if there were any problem areas I needed him to focus on, which he did. Always comes to the door first to make sure I don't have pets in the yard. read more

Great service- friendly tech ( Michael May). Good communication and scheduling service as well.

The worst sales tactics ever. They go door to door in neighborhoods with NO SOLICITING policies. They are rude and abrasive when you tell them you are not interested. Why would I switch pest control companies when your employees represent your brand this way? read more

BEWARE!! They cheated me out of $450. I told them not to do it, the lady on the phone says they even have a phone record of me telling them not to do it, they did it anyway anyways charging me $450 and now they won't refund it. read more

Very happy with Michael M thorough work! Took his time to fully treat our house/shop and extra living space with care!

SHADY COMPANY! They sucker you into a contract and will charge outrageous fees if you try to cancel. They increased their rates and now tell me I have outstanding fees! Didn't realize in the fine print they can jack up prices with zero notice and the amount you signed up for in the contract is basically null should they choose to change the pricing! They are unethical from the pushy overbearing door to door salesmen to the way they do business. Needless to say...go with ANYONE else but this company. read more

Great service! Friendly staff. Josh Vest was informative and helpful. Value for service is great also.

Hard sell, did not providse services throughout the quarter, but insisted on enforcing a service agreement and charged me $250.00 and threatened me with collections if service agreement not paid. Even though they only came to my house once to provide services in the second quarter of 2025. Not worth the money and charged me $369 for one treatment. read more

We have nothing good to say about the pest control, never could get rid of the spiders. Their termite bait stations were fine until they picked them up, just left holes in the yard where pets could step in them and break a leg. A waste of time and money. read more

These guys are scam artists and thieves! Stay away! They will finance termite control telling you that you can cancel any time, but you'll still be on the hook for thousands! They hit my mother in her 70's and now she's stuck with a huge bill! Run from these scammers!!! read more

No stars if possible. I've run these people off for 3 years and they keep coming back, despite the no soliciting sign and telling them no thanks. I do my own pest control and it works fine . read more

Moxie refused to treat my attic full of spiders, and then charged me to cancel after a year of service that I agreed to cancel after my commitment ended? don't waste your time on the bug jokes and poor service and shady business practice. very disappointed with the company. read more

Apparently pushy sales people are the norm. No is an answer. Yesterday dude on crutches (didn't identify himself) ruined a perfectly good date night last night because he scared the crud out of our babysitter and kids. And came back for round 2 tonight-- and happened to be wearing a white Moxie hat tonight...still didn't identify himself. Both well after 8pm closer to 9. What in the world!? That's a Friday and Saturday evening mind you. If I didn't know any better I'd say they're casing houses to break and enter. I called PD last night because the sitter didn't catch he was with pest control --- and it's an odd hour for some sketch guy to be hanging around the house. He literally loitered in our yard for a good while. I see this isn't an uncommon hour for them to be by peoples houses. This is completely unacceptable. Unacceptable and disrespectful. I will NEVER do business with this company and discourage anyone from doing so based on their unprofessional practices. read more

The services were performed and everything creeping or flying wound up curled on the back and front porches. No complaint there. However, I canceled my account 11/29/23 because I wanted to. They are still performing services and have charged another $112. You cannot cancel online. Derp deep derp! "We're moxie. Purposely not understanding you is acceptable to us. We have magical permits to solicit your neighborhoods! Squawk! Squawk! We'll just keep a goin! Squawk! It's always opposite day with your moxie! Squawk! Squawk! What's a "no solissitey dissitey sign?" Squawk squawk squawk!! read more

If you enjoy having spiders, then use them otherwise save your money and call someone else! They charge for services that they do not like spraying the yard. They told me they sprayed, and I looked at my security cameras, and they never did even walk out into the yard . I do not recommend this company . read more

My 88 year old Mom call Moxie due to mice in the house. The exterminator showed up and indiscriminately sprayed the perimeter of the house for bugs and began spraying the baseboards in the house before they were stopped. A rodent problem and you recklessly spray for bugs... at an 88 year olds place of residence? WTF? You f-ing morons. You need to lose your license. read more

After cancelling the service and 3 phone calls to do so, I finally received a credit for the cancellation fee after I had never intended to sign up for more than one treatment. One month later, however, there is another $170 fee charged to my credit card for no reason. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and unethical. I now have to call back again on Monday and have disputed the charge with the credit card company. So much wasted time!! Horrible company!! read more
