His inspections seem very in-depth, and he took a lot of time and effort to crawl around my attics, roof, yard and my house, and gave me a very itemized and thorough estimate. I really trusted Hunter and it seemed that things were going to be very professional and help me with my post storm wildlife issue. Five. Stars for Hunter. The technician came out on the first visit, and he did not seem to have any of the information or have communicated with Hunter, or looked at the paperwork at all. He fumbled around for a while and got a team member to come out and help him they spent some time dealing with one of the problems. They were shocked out of their minds when I mentioned about 18 other details, that Hunter and I had gone over that they had not addressed. I asked them if they had read my contract and did they want me to print it out so that we could go over it This is a long project and I have requested the manager to help out with this situation so I will report back.
