I did my research and decided if Aprehend worked like they say, it would be the best option for both homes and my wallet. The whole treatment took about an hour and we stayed out for 6 hours total. Upon returning there was very little residual smell. Within 7 or 8 days, the only bugs I saw were dead. And after that, nothing. Zero. No sign of them anywhere. We set a date of November 5th at 4p. On the day of the appointment, he was nice enough to offer an earlier time, however, due to my fiance's schedule it would not work out. Billy arrived promptly at 4pm. He was very respectful (he even took off his shoes before coming in-I have noticed other companies that we have used do not do this). He wore a mask as well.
