I felt the need to give an update. So the corporate office promised to start service over from the…read moretop. I would have been happy with that (would have been "bird dogging them to ensure services were done on time and properly). They did not comply with their end of the contract (service was supposed to be once every two weeks but they were very inconsistent even going to nearly six weeks!). The problem was not resolved by them. Well I guess it doesn't matter if corporate says something because right after they assured me it would restart, Chad (the supposed manager- not at all professional!) decided to overrule corporate and just cancelled the contract. ** Important note- the spray used by the company was found on Amazon for less than $30! I timed a couple of the services and clocked the lady exterminator at a total of SEVEN MINUTES! After finishing she would go to the vehicle and sit to do paperwork. I ended up buying products myself (including the same spray as Terrible Terminex and was finally able to resolve the problem (to my knowledge at least). The company either hid my contract (never got a paper copy) or it was deleted. I am a 100% disabled veteran and really have difficulties with a lot of physical stuff so it was incredibly frustrating to have to continue dealing with it. I am going to have to sue them now because they are on my back to finish paying for a service which was not done per the contract. I'm not a litigious person but they are now messing with my credit report. I understand the problem is common in the south but I never expected to have "roommates" after I closed on the house. I'm becoming quite frustrated. Don't use this company (they may be better at routine pest control, I don't know). The organization is very disorganized. In short, after I posted my review, I got a response saying that it would be resolved. It truly never was. Disappointment is a gross understatement. If you read any of my other reviews, you will see that I am not a serial negative reviewer. Sometimes, you really need to get out there and speak the truth. I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this joke of a "franchise". Btw, the manager Chad blocked my number after I wrote the truth. There is no desire to resolve the issue. One would think that the name Terminex would come with professionals and results. My house is quite clean but a bit cluttered (love my books!). This is not a case of reinfestion. The few guests who come over (not in the city) all have to spray alcohol on shoes and slacks both coming in and out. This very reputable company is not good here.

Customer Service (and when it comes to them, I use the term loosely)…read moreis unprofessional and difficult to talk to--especially Laura and Tierra, scheduling is a nightmare in that there's the scheduled time agreed upon and the random time they decide to come instead (and it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME--it's not a one-off), and the strange technicians that come to the house--like creepy personalities; people you hate know where you live). If you're considering Terminix, I would seriously reconsider. It's very stressful and not worth any potential benefit over other companies.

I found this company on the BBB website, and I contacted them in April to help me with landscaping…read morefor my home. After a few weeks, I received an email requesting a meeting to discuss what needed to be done. I met with her and her associate to form a plan. I emailed her pictures that were my suggestions for plants that I liked. She replied with a price for the project. I agreed and waited. Finally, in mid May, her associate arrived with some mulch and a small plant. She was gone by the time I got home. I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.

I want to start off by saying I would rather not post anything negatively if I could, but this…read morerecent experience was so unprofessional. I would give zero stars if possible which I rarely give negative ratings. My experience with their front desk was terrible and toxic. I called to inquire about what specific treatments were done on a property I just bought from a friend. I had just hung up from a phone conversation with my friend who told me that he did not know what treatment was done on the house but that Arrow would know. When I called, the lady who answered was focused more on the issue of renewal vs creating a new contract than on answering my question about previous specific treatments. When I asked her again about previous treatments, she told me it was "general pest control" that was last done, but could not explain to me what that entailed or what had really been done. She told me she would transfer me to someone else. The new supervisor lady I got on the line began to talk over me every time I began to gently ask the question about what specific previous treatments were done on the house. She kept talking about the importance of setting up a new account and that I was not allowed to renew services that my friend had for the last few years. I did not ask her that question or for that information. She was more focused on money than what I was trying to hire this company to do...which was to deal with a mouse problem. I tried to redirect the conversation and explained to her that I tried to ask the lady earlier about "general pest control" and was wanting to get specifics. Then I was told I would be transferred. The older lady then blatantly mocked me on the phone, spitefully laughed, and told me "You weren't 'TRANSFERRED' to me. I'm sitting right next to her'" (referring to the earlier lady I spoke to). I ignored this behavior and then repeatedly asked about the specific treatments used and she rebuffed each question and refused to answer. Being a pest control company, I wanted to know if services covered mice specifically and what they would do...which I never even got an answer for. It could be as vague as...."we set out mouse traps/ bait"...for example. I did not mind, but I needed to know what services were covered in what I'd eventually be paying good money for. I did not even ask them for a quote because I knew someone needed to look first. This was a general inquiry, which couldn't even be answered by them. She then told me to call my friend to ask about the treatments on the house even though I told her repeatedly that my friend did not know. In their google response to another customer complaint below, they literally stated what treatments were done in the public retort. Yet, they refused to tell me privately over the phone about previous treatments on the property that I own? Companies keep records of what services were done. They even had their computer pulled up to view this information that the first lady had told me about. When it became apparent the supervisor lady was trying her best not to be helpful and mocking me repeatedly on the phone, I hung up. From previous google review of the company, it seems like they used to be a good extermination company but were bought out recently. After experiencing their customer service and how focused they were on the money they'd charge me versus actually trying to help me come up with a treatment plan with exterminating mice...I'd say this is a waste of money. Just like hiring employees for a job, I'd rather hire the person that can tell me what they'd do to perform and meet the goal rather than the person holding out their hand demanding a paycheck before their first day of work! This gives you a glimpse of what you would be dealing with in the future when using them or should any issues arise with their service. Did not call me over the bill (had my phone number). Did not even send and email stating I was past…read moredue, just spam promos. Never got a piece of mail at my current address. Sent me to collections over $60 which I would have happily paid for if I knew I owed it. I thought it was taken care of by the rental landlord at the time. Didn't know it was an issue until my parents received a collections note in the mail in my name. My credit is permanently dinged and they were not helpful when called. Customer service was condescending.
